Hoy 84% de las referencias entrevistadas afirman que sus equipos aplican tecnolog\u00edas de IA en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda; en 2018, el n\u00famero era de apenas 29%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las dificultades de la pandemia destacaron la importancia de la empat\u00eda en la comunicaci\u00f3n con el p\u00fablico.
