Stephanie leads a global team of marketers focused on advancing Salesforce’s mission to bring companies and customers together through Salesforce - the world’s #1 customer relationship management (CRM) platform. With a focus on purpose, creativity and transformational technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), the marketing team develops insight-driven, personalized customer experiences designed to drive growth for one of the world's most valuable brands. In her previous Salesforce role as EVP, Product Marketing, Stephanie led the product marketing organization and oversaw all go-to-market strategy across the entire Salesforce portfolio of products.

Stephanie is an accomplished business leader with more than 20 years of success in integrated marketing, business operations, field marketing, and brand positioning. Throughout her career, Stephanie has built highly-motivated, multi-disciplinary teams that deliver outsized results on a global scale. A champion of equality, diversity, and inclusion, Stephanie is the executive sponsor of Salesforce’s Inclusive Marketing training program and devotes time to mentoring women in marketing at Salesforce and beyond.

Prior to Salesforce, Stephanie served as Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President at IHS Inc., responsible for global marketing strategy, operations and execution. Before that, Stephanie was Senior Vice President of Marketing at SAP, where she led global teams responsible for the positioning, messaging and value propositions across the SAP portfolio of industry and line-of-business-based solutions. She has also previously held marketing leadership roles at Oracle, Business Objects and Hyperion Solutions.

Stephanie is the co-author of Driven to Perform, a book for all business professionals, providing them corporate performance management tools for strategy, planning, execution, modeling and optimization to improve their business performance. She has been recognized by Adweek on its top Chief Marketing Technology Officers (CTMO) list, which honors CMOs leading the charge on digital transformation and redefining the traditional approach to marketing. Advertising Age named Salesforce to its prestigious Marketer A-List in 2018.

Stephanie is a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).
