Shiseido Deploys Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Innovating Its Touchpoints with Customers

Company drives one-to-one marketing via email and LINETOKYO— July 3, 2015—Salesforce [NYSE: CRM], the Customer Success Platform and world’s #1 CRM company, today announced that Shiseido has selected Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support its comprehensive web beauty service community “watashi+ (plus),” establishing one-to-one connections with members via email and LINE, a mobile messaging platform. Shiseido will launch the system in July 2015.
