Announcing Salesforce Leading Through Change Series

In this time of crisis, companies face unprecedented challenges to business as usual. From employee communications to maintaining customer relationships in this new work from home era, companies need to transform in order to stay connected to stakeholders and get through the crisis.

To help businesses navigate these changes, Salesforce created Leading Through Change, a new content and virtual event series to provide thought leadership, tips, and resources to both educate our community and build a forum for conversation. For 21 years, Salesforce has listened to customers share their greatest opportunities and toughest challenges. And with 21 years of insights from the Trailblazers among us, we will share the best insights with you all.

“While these are challenging times for all of us, I’m confident that, together, we’ll also see new opportunities to connect with our customers and new ways to do business,” says Salesforce CMO, Stephanie Buscemi.

The Salesforce Blog now plays host to a series of thought leadership and how-to articles from Salesforce customers and executives on helping businesses manage through crisis. One such article comes from Peggy Alford, EVP of Global Sales at Paypal, who shares the actions she has taken to guide her employees.

To kick off the speaker series, Buscemi sat down (virtually) with award-winning journalist and small business owner, Soledad O’Brien. Buscemi and O’Brien fielded customer questions about appropriate actions to maintain business while exercising empathy in these new times.

The virtual speaker series will continue on today at 10:00 am PT with Bill Patterson speaking with Bitty & Beau’s Coffee co-founders Amy and Ben Wright on what companies big and small can do to succeed working from home. Tune in here.
