Dame Jayne-Anne Gadhia Returns to Role as Salesforce Advisor

LONDON, UK – 12 March 2020 – Salesforce, the global leader in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), today announced that Dame Jayne-Anne Gadhia is returning to her role as a strategic advisor at Salesforce to give her time to focus on her new business Snoop. In line with this move, Dame Jayne-Anne is stepping down as CEO of Salesforce UK and Ireland.

Salesforce Ventures Europe is a lead investor in Snoop which leverages the Salesforce development platform to help drive more personalized advice and recommendations for consumers in the UK.

Paul Smith, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Salesforce UK and Ireland, will assume responsibilities for business operations in the region reporting to Gavin Patterson, President and CEO, Salesforce International.

Smith joined Salesforce in 2012 and has held a number of leadership roles across the company, serving as Head of Cloud Sales, EMEA prior to his appointment as EVP and GM in the UK and Ireland. He combines deep industry expertise with long-standing customer relationships and is a highly respected leader across the Salesforce ecosystem.
