Salesforce Positioned as a Leader in Gartner’s 2020 Magic Quadrant for Third Consecutive Year

San Francisco — August 26, 2020 — Salesforce (NYSE: CRM), the global leader in CRM, announced today that Gartner Inc. has positioned Salesforce as a Leader for Pardot in its 2020 Magic Quadrant for CRM Lead Management for the third consecutive year.

Salesforce Pardot, built on Salesforce Customer 360 Platform, is uniquely positioned to help companies drive their lead management and account-based marketing success. It brings together marketing, sales and service teams to help companies understand and anticipate their customers’ needs and coordinate engagement across all channels.

“Empathy must be the guiding principle for organizations navigating today’s multi-crisis environment. With this much uncertainty, customer success hinges on creating meaningful connections, optimizing ROI, and identifying new target audiences.” With this in mind, we have brought to market an enhanced offering (Pardot Premium) that enables complex distributed organizations to digitally transform and scale their marketing efforts as well as new predictive analytics and reporting capabilities (B2B Marketing Analytics Plus),” said Michael Kostow, SVP & GM of Salesforce Pardot

According to Gartner, “CRM Lead Management [is] a cross-teams process of capturing leads, tracking their activities and behavior, qualifying them, nurturing them to make them sales-ready, and then passing them on to the sales team. Lead management facilitates a business’s inbound and outbound, online, and offline marketing.”
