He also serves as a trusted advisor to Salesforce\u2019s various stakeholders, advancing a vision of humans and AI agents working together to drive stakeholder success.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining Salesforce in 2023, Sabastian was a partner at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen &#038; Katz, where he specialized in advising global companies on corporate governance, enterprise risk oversight, stakeholder and shareholder affairs, strategic investments, and mergers and acquisitions. His expertise also includes championing sustainability initiatives and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.<\/p>\n<p>Sabastian is actively involved in several organizations. He is a fellow of the American Law Institute and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the Board of Directors for the Partnership for New York City and the Economic Club of New York.
