From promotions to career transformations, we are constantly inspired to hear how people have changed their lives with Salesforce\u2019s Trailhead<\/a> learning modules and options. Now, Trailhead is marking its biggest milestone yet. In three short years, Trailblazers have earned five million Trailhead badges<\/a> by completing our guided learning paths. Moreover, Trailblazers are showing no signs of slowing down. In just a little over a year, they have more than quadrupled the number of Trailhead badges that they have earned.<\/p>

Millions of Hours Of Learning In-Demand Skills<\/b><\/p>

Five million badges earned by the community represents millions of hours of learning in-demand skills and corresponds to more than 22 million challenges completed. Trailblazers have been learning about everything from working with admin and dev content to top technology skills. The skills that Trailblazers gain help many of them land jobs in the thriving Salesforce Economy. According to Indeed<\/a>, two out of the top 10 best jobs for 2017 were within the Salesforce Ecosystem–Salesforce Admin and Salesforce Developer. Trailhead is everyone\u2019s direct path to those jobs. Just ask Cheryl Feldman<\/a>, Zac Otero<\/a> or Jesse Grothaus<\/a>–a few of our Trailblazers who have transformed their lives and landed dream jobs through Trailhead.<\/p>

Reaching 10 Million Badges Together<\/b><\/p>

As demand for Salesforce skills continues to rise, we are committed to empowering Trailblazers to keep their skills up-to-date with refreshed Trailhead content delivered three times a year. Be on the lookout for our Spring 18 Release Trailhead module, due later this month.<\/p>

We know that the Trailblazer Community will mark many more milestones going forward. The next big goal is reaching the 10 million badge mark in 2018. We encourage all of our Trailblazers to keep learning! #Trailto10M<\/a><\/p>\t\t
