Salesforce is honored and humbled to be recognized today with two awards focused on diversity and equality. The company has been named a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality<\/a> by Human Rights Campaign, and we\u2019ve been announced as one of America\u2019s Best Employers for Diversity<\/a> by Forbes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the Forbes honor, the publication partnered with market research firm Statista<\/a> to highlight America\u2019s best employers for diversity. According to Forbes: \u201cThe Best Employers for Diversity have been identified in an independent survey from a vast sample of more than 60,000 U.S. employees working for companies employing at least 1,000 people in their U.S. operations. The survey was conducted using an online access panel, providing a representative sample of the U.S. workforce.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, the HRC Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index has become a recognized benchmarking tool for U.S. businesses in evaluating LGBTQ equality in the workplace. According to HRC\u2019s leaders: \u201cThe HRC Foundation is committed to keeping the criteria for the CEI rigorous, fair and transparent by identifying emerging best practices that improve the experiences of LGBTQ employees of participating businesses. Equally important, we are committed to providing the resources and consultation that enable each business to attain a 100 percent rating.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
