Work Queues provide a personalized list of prioritized tasks for their day. <\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/company\/news-press\/stories\/2020\/7\/salesforce-einstein-call-coaching\/\">Einstein Call Coaching<\/a> gives managers visibility into how reps are responding to objections, discussing pricing and explaining solutions, even when they\u2019re not in the office together.  <\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/products\/sales-cloud\/tools\/cpq-software\/\">CPQ and Billing<\/a> enables companies to offer flexible quotes and pricing for customers during tough times.  <\/li><li>Salesforce PRM <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/blog\/2019\/07\/empower-partners-sell-more-salesforce-prm.html\">accelerates channel sales<\/a>, making it easier to share information with partners and help sales teams maximize every channel.  <\/li><li>And <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/blog\/2019\/04\/new-productivity-features-sales-cloud.html\">improved productivity features<\/a> keep teams collaborating and productive.  <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>How customers are using Sales Cloud through COVID-19<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve been working with many customers who have used Sales Cloud to quickly pivot in the face of COVID-19. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cybersecurity company McAfee <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/blog\/2020\/05\/create-virtual-sales-culture.html\">enabled 1,200 sales people<\/a> around the world with the tools they needed to sell from home and stay connected. Within a month, they were collaborating in real-time on 350 new account plans.  <\/li><li>3M, a major producer of single-use N95 respirator masks, hospital cleaning solutions, and other personal protective equipment (PPE), could not misstep when <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/blog\/2020\/05\/3m-field-reps-inside-sales-training.html\">field reps had to pivot<\/a> sales strategies for their critical products. Now, all 3M sales teams are working from home across all regions.  <\/li><li>Common offers co-living and traditional apartment spaces and has had to modify its operations, including making all of its apartment tours virtual, as a result of COVID-19. With 1 in 3 people who tour apartments sending in a digital application that same day, Sales Cloud helped <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/company\/news-press\/stories\/2020\/4\/salesforce-covid19-actions-1\/\">manage its new payment plan offerings<\/a> for customers displaced by COVID-19. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve been inspired by our customers&#8217; agility in the face of new challenges.
