As we celebrate the 75th<\/sup> anniversary of Disability Employment Awareness Month and further our commitment towards building a more inclusive workplace for people with disabilities, Salesforce is honored to join \u201cIN\u201d with a coalition of CEOs advocating for the inclusion of people with disabilities within business through the \u201cCEO Letter on Disability Inclusion<\/a>.\u201d While this is an important milestone along the journey towards inclusion for all, we recognize there is significant work ahead.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The CEO Letter on Disability Inclusion is part of a broader campaign launched by Disability:IN called \u201cAre You IN?\u201d a call to action for CEOs, investors, companies, and business professionals to all join in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of this initiative, each signatory commits to leveraging the Disability Equality Index (DEI), a comprehensive benchmarking tool for disability inclusion, and<\/em> call on their peers to do the same. This is a meaningful step forward in advancing inclusion for the more than one billion people with disabilities around the world<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salesforce has participated in the Disability Equality Index for the past two years and has earned a top score of 100 and named a “Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion”<\/a>. By hiring inclusively, supporting, and advancing accessible tools and technology, we are helping to build a global economy that includes everyone.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
