The podcast, hosted by&nbsp;Emmy-nominated host, activist, and creator of the How to Citizen Podcast, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.baratunde.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Baratunde Thurston<\/a>, begins streaming on August 12 on the iHeartRadio App, Apple Podcasts, or wherever podcasts are available.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thurston\u2019s unique interviewing style explores common themes across conversations with leaders from the public, private, and nonprofit world. Each episode highlights the complex challenges they face \u2014 and the cross-sector partnerships they\u2019ve forged to address them. From building scalable programs to finding new ways to fundraise, organizations committed to social impact are finding new ways to combine forces, use the power of technology to scale, and multiply their positive impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe partnerships springing up organically across different disciplines are fascinating,\u201d said Thurston, \u201cand are probably our best hope of actually solving these incredibly complex global problems.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podcast episodes will explore topics like health inequity, workforce development, climate change, and the opportunity gap in education \u2014 unprecedented challenges that require unprecedented collaboration from leaders across disciplines and sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cristina Jones, Salesforce.org\u2019s Chief Engagement Officer, noted, \u201cSalesforce.org sits at the intersection of business and social impact.
