href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/resources\/articles\/business-sustainability-strategy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">climate action plan<\/a>, learning about <a href=\"https:\/\/trailhead.salesforce.com\/en\/content\/learn\/trails\/champion_workplace_equality\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">unconscious bias<\/a>, and building <a href=\"https:\/\/trailhead.salesforce.com\/users\/czhang\/trailmixes\/building-ethical-and-inclusive-products\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ethical, accessible and inclusive products<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/TeamEarth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TV spot<\/a> will be airing on February 4 during the opening ceremony of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/news\/press-releases\/2021\/06\/16\/salesforce-partners-with-team-usa-olympic-and-paralympic-games-nbcuniversal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Winter Olympic Games<\/a> titled \u201cThe New Frontier.\u201d The TV spot seeks to underscore how the new frontier isn&#8217;t out there in space, it&#8217;s right here on planet Earth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to serving as Salesforce\u2019s newest brand partner and advisor and co-creating the campaign McConaughey will be featured in the spot. This partnership is based on a shared passion for taking positive action within our communities and the belief that businesses have a responsibility to drive change \u2014 not just profit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Salesforce model focuses on values, success for all stakeholders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>#TeamEarth is built on the belief that success should be for all stakeholders \u2013 every person and the Earth itself.
