The company&#8217;s commitment to equality and sustainability helps Salesforce be a better company \u2014 and foster more inclusive, equitable, and resilient communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to build greater accountability and accelerate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, Salesforce includes ESG goals as part of its executive compensation programs.
