This validated President Joe Biden\u2019s October 2022 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/presidential-actions\/2022\/10\/07\/executive-order-on-enhancing-safeguards-for-united-states-signals-intelligence-activities\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Executive Order<\/a>, which implemented critical data privacy protections for transferring personal data from the EU to the United States.
