As part of its own climate finance strategy, Salesforce also announced $8.3 million in new climate justice and nature-based solutions grants.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Significance:<\/strong> From extreme heat to fire and floods, the effects of climate change are everywhere and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oxfam.org\/en\/research\/confronting-carbon-inequality\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">those least responsible are often the most impacted<\/a>. To mitigate the worst impacts of climate change, it will require around <a href=\"https:\/\/www.climatepolicyinitiative.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Global-Landscape-of-Climate-Finance-A-Decade-of-Data.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">$4 trillion annually<\/a> in global climate mitigation, resilience, and adaptation investments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bridging this climate finance gap, meeting global climate targets, and delivering on corporate climate goals demands that companies explore and unlock the full spectrum of financial instruments available.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This means deploying multiple forms
