Nearly two-thirds of C-suite executives say trust in AI drives revenue, competitiveness, and customer success. The research also reveals that accurate and secure data are top factors for trusted AI, however, more than half of workers say it&#8217;s difficult to find trusted AI tools \u2013 indicating that many companies are not realizing the full value of AI for their business.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why it matters: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/slack.com\/blog\/news\/new-slack-research-shows-accelerating-ai-use-at-work\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nearly all executives<\/a> feel pressure to integrate AI tools into their organization. But many companies are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.axios.com\/2024\/04\/24\/generative-ai-why-future-uses\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">struggling to understand how to use it<\/a> or see results that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/tech\/ai\/early-adopters-of-microsofts-ai-bot-wonder-if-its-worth-the-money-2e74e3a2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">justify the price<\/a>. say generative AI lacks the information needed to be useful.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The perceived lack of value is even worse among workers who are AI critics \u2013 75% of those who don\u2019t trust the in AI in their organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>More than half (53%) of workers say training AI on comprehensive customer\/company data builds their trust in the tool.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Workers who trust
