In fact, Agentforce has already executed more than 44,000 prompts and saved more than 3,000 hours of the team\u2019s time \u2014 the equivalent of nearly 1.5 working years.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customer inquiry response: <\/strong>Before Agentforce, Salesforce\u2019s security teams manually responded to around 1,500 ad hoc security-related product questions every month and combed through more than 450 compliance documents to find the answers to these questions. Now, those teams identify answers in just six or seven seconds.&nbsp;<br><br>\u201cOur reps can share answers to security-related questions with confidence, knowing we\u2019re getting service-specific answers from the most current documentation,\u201d Arkin said.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Third-Party Security (TPS) engineering: <\/strong>The Third Party Security team built an Agentforce skill (a job or task that Agentforce can perform) that is pre-assessing supplier technology assignments, freeing engineers to focus on high-priority supplier issues. The TPS Engineering skill evaluates and summarizes more than 100 supplier assessment questionnaires per month.
