With AI agent adoption expected to jump 327% over the next two years, leading to a productivity gain of 30%, HR leaders are reimagining the way organizations structure and skill their workforce. The findings reveal that CHROs expect to redeploy nearly a quarter of their workforce worldwide as their organizations implement and embrace digital labor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The study also highlighted a growing focus on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/news\/stories\/reskilling-for-digital-labor-era\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AI reskilling programs<\/a>. role<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>80%<\/strong> believe that within five years, most workforces will have humans and AI agents\/digital labor working together.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>86%<\/strong> of CHROs say that integrating digital labor alongside their existing workforce will be a critical part of their job.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CHROs project a <strong>327%<\/strong> growth in agent adoption within their organizations by 2027 (from 15% adoption today to 64% two years from now).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once agentic AI is fully implemented, CHROs expect an average employee productivity gain of <strong>30%<\/strong> and a <strong>19%<\/strong> reduction in labor costs \u2014 the equivalent to $11,064 per employee based on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/en.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OECD<\/a> (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) average annual
