At Salesforce, we&#8217;re committed to putting our customers at the forefront of innovation and making it easy to give every employee access to the best AI and agentic tools.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s why we&#8217;re introducing new product packaging and pricing for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/agentforce\/?d=cta-body-promo-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Agentforce<\/a>, Customer 360 Apps, and Slack, built to simplify and accelerate your AI journey through unmetered Agentforce usage for employees and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/artificial-intelligence\/what-is-ai\/?d=cta-body-promo-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AI<\/a> deeply embedded into daily operations within Salesforce and Slack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, we\u2019re announcing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>New Agentforce add-ons and Agentforce 1 Editions are now generally available<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices for Enterprise and Unlimited Editions are going up on August 1, 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Updates to Slack plans, including new AI features for all paid plans and the addition of Salesforce channels to all Slack plans, including the free plan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-agentforce-add-ons-and-agentforce-1-editions-now-generally-available\"><strong>Agentforce Add-ons and Agentforce 1 Editions Now Generally Available<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Last month we announced <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/news\/press-releases\/2025\/05\/15\/agentforce-flexible-pricing-news\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">new flexible Agentforce pricing<\/a> \u2014 including Flex Credits, a consumption-based model that aligns cost with jobs to be done, and new Agentforce user licenses and add-ons that include unmetered employee agent usage.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, Agentforce add-ons and Agentforce 1 Editions are generally available for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/sales\/pricing\/?d=cta-body-promo-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sales Cloud<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/service\/pricing\/?d=cta-body-promo-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Service Cloud<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/service\/field-service-management\/?d=cta-body-promo-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Field Service<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/industries\/?d=cta-body-promo-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Industries<\/a> Clouds.
