For the seventh year in a row, Salesforce has been named one of the Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion<\/em> by the Disability Index\u00ae<\/a>, earning a top score of 100.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why the ranking matters<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

With nearly 1.3 billion<\/a> people worldwide living with a disability \u2014 16% of the global population \u2014 advancing disability inclusion is both a moral imperative and a business priority. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to earning top scores in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Japan, this year, Salesforce also earned top scores in Brazil and India. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Disability Index<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Disability Index\u00ae is an independent, third-party resource for the annual, confidential benchmarking of disability inclusion policies and programs in business. The benchmarking tool measures companies\u2019 performance across six key areas: Culture & Leadership, Enterprise-Wide Access, Employment Practices, Community Engagement, Supplier Inclusion, and Responsible Procurement. It analyzes companies\u2019 equality practices and scores them on a scale of zero to 100, helping them build a roadmap of measurable, tangible actions that they can take to achieve greater disability inclusion in the workplace. To be included in the \u201cBest Places to Work\u201d list, companies need to score at least 80 on  the index. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
