As a data-centric organization, the company has long embraced AI, offering its own generative AI products and APIs. Now, by automating repetitive tasks and enabling deeper personalization in sales and service, Agentforce will allow Statista employees to focus on more complex, high-value work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Agentforce will automate the classification of email, chat, and form inquiries, reducing first-level support processing times by up to 40%.
