Ten minutes later, they may know when the yoga class is or have managed to rebook their flight, but that 10 minutes feels wasted. Using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/artificial-intelligence\/what-is-ai\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AI<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/agentforce\/?d=cta-body-promo-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Agentforce<\/a>, however, companies can turn this tedium into a smooth, seamless experience. It\u2019s a use case that\u2019s not about getting people to buy more products. Sometimes, though, those groups have to cancel those arrangements. Now Eva, Engine\u2019s Agentforce-powered assistant, can take that on. If someone wants to cancel three rooms from a 15-room reservation, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/customer-stories\/engine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Eva can combine data<\/a> from the customer\u2019s profile and interaction history, connect to the company\u2019s internal booking platform, and cancel the unwanted rooms, without human reps needing to spend valuable time on an administrative task.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThey can get that resolution in seconds and just go back to doing what they want to do,\u201d said Joshua Stern, Director of GTM Systems at Engine. \u201cWho wants to sit there on a phone call being like, \u2018I want to cancel my booking, I want to change the dates\u2019?\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One key to success was narrowing down the scope of topics Eva could address to about six. That move improved latency and speed to resolution, and customer satisfaction scores improved by six points. That shift is \u201cabsolutely incredible,\u201d said Sarah Morton, Engine\u2019s Senior Salesforce Administrator. Less frustration, less hold time, more travel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-williams-sonoma-inc\">Williams Sonoma, Inc.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/ronschmelzer\/2025\/10\/27\/how-williams-sonoma-went-from-ai-concept-to-serving-customers-in-30-days\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Williams Sonoma Olive agent<\/a> can help customers process returns. It can serve them up menus and wine pairings. But it can also pick up some of that mental load inherent to entertaining: What does the host need to do, and when, so they\u2019re ready when guests arrive? Site visitors can ask Olive for menu ideas then for a prep schedule that walks them through when to make the cranberry sauce (T minus 48 hours) and when to put the biscuits (T minus 30 minutes). It\u2019s not about selling people more stuff. \u201cIt\u2019s about helping teach our customers culinary skills; it\u2019s about menus and recipes,\u201d said Sameer Hassan, the company\u2019s Chief Technology and Digital Officer \u201cIt\u2019s about helping them entertain at home. \u2026 It\u2019s helping to deliver experiences that resonate.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
