For some people, handwritten notes are the only way to go, but when it comes to locating that reminder from yesterday or the meeting notes from last week, Ctrl + F doesn\u2019t help find anything.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/customer-stories\/remarkable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reMarkable<\/a> tablet bridges analog delight and digital convenience: Dive into deep work and handwrite your thoughts on the tablet, then share them over to a Slack canvas, digitized and readable to the rest of the team. Initially reMarkable sold to individuals, but those buyers were using the devices at work. \u201cWe\u2019re moving toward making sure that we have what is required from an enterprise to use these in the office,\u201d said Peter Stoltz, Head of reMarkable\u2019s CIO Office. That includes encryption, device management, password management, and so on.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To get its customers up and running, reMarkable has Agentforce on its website, where buyers and potential buyers can ask questions 24\/7. The company is also deploying Agentforce inside <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/slack\/?d=cta-body-promo-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Slack<\/a> as help and in-channel agents for employees. \u201cIt avoids application switching and keeps people in a place they&#8217;re familiar with,\u201d Stoltz said. \u201cThey don&#8217;t have to switch, and the agent creates the [help] ticket for them.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-one-nz\"><strong>One NZ<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed alignright is-type-video is-provider-vidyard wp-block-embed-vidyard\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\" async src=\"https:\/\/play.vidyard.com\/embed\/v4.js\"><\/script><img decoding=\"async\"  style=\"width: 100%; margin: auto; display: block;\"  class=\"vidyard-player-embed\"  src=\"https:\/\/play.vidyard.com\/ArBHnbgVjeuT9P4Y9XyJFC.jpg\"  data-uuid=\"ArBHnbgVjeuT9P4Y9XyJFC\"  data-v=\"4\"  data-type=\"inline\"  data-width=\"500\"  data-height=\"281\"\/>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>It only took five weeks for <a href=\"http:\/\/one.nz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">One NZ<\/a> to deploy an agent that helps its customers upgrade their telecom plans, and the company is already seeing a 400% lift in engagement compared with traditional channels and a 5x return on investment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe engagement our customers are having with our AI experience is far superior to anything else we\u2019ve got in our business,\u201d said Jason Paris, CEO of One NZ. \u201cThe productivity, the customer experience, and the revenue gains from artificial intelligence with Salesforce are real.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No one looks forward to navigating updates and upgrades to their telecom plans. Now, with the Agentforce-enabled journey that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/customer-stories\/one-nz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">One NZ has established<\/a>, they
