The acquisition will extend the ability of Agentforce 360 and Slackbot to ingest and analyze unstructured data from third-party video channels and apply those insights directly to agentic workflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As agents scale across core workflows, extracting insights from customer conversations wherever they occur will become critical. Momentum\u2019s universal ingestion engine will integrate with Agentforce 360 and Slackbot to capture interactions from third-party video applications, including Zoom and Google Meet. Capturing high-fidelity unstructured data allows Momentum to deepen the context available to Agentforce 360 and Slackbot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTo deliver on the promise of agents, we need visibility and context from every meaningful interaction,\u201d said Steve Fisher, President and Chief Product Officer at Salesforce. \u201cMomentum accelerates our roadmap by unlocking the long tail of conversational data and bringing it directly into our platform.
