It becomes not a new tool you need to master but rather an extension of how you do your job, as ubiquitous as email or mobile. It has the power to free up your time, creativity, and capacity to do truly meaningful work. With 100% of our employees now using AI agents \u2013 and every employee equipped with a personal AI agent through Slackbot \u2013 entirely new forms of work have emerged.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Software engineers are shifting from writing every line of code to directing AI systems that build it.
