Het zit hem in het feit dat de homepage van de streamingdienst wordt samengesteld en steeds wordt aangepast aan je smaak. Dat is website personalisatie in optima forma en iets waarvoor je terugkomt (en verwachtingen krijgt ten aanzien van het aanbod). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dat geldt voor veel van ons. Volgens het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/nl\/resources\/research-reports\/state-of-the-connected-customer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">State of the Connected Customer rapport<\/a> zegt 84% van de klanten het zeer belangrijk te vinden om als persoon en niet als nummer te worden behandeld als je hun bedrijf wil binnenhalen. En aangezien websites voor veel bedrijven in feite de digitale ervaring zijn geworden, behoren ze tot de eerste plekken waar klanten een indruk krijgen van je merk. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klanten bepalen aan de hand van hun hoge kwaliteitseisen of ze zaken met je willen doen.
