Ook dit jaar heeft Gartner Salesforce uitgeroepen tot leider in het Magic Quadrant for Digital Commerce 2020 en geven ze aan dat wij het verst zijn in het criterium ‘volledige visie’. Salesforce is vereerd met deze erkenning en zal bedrijven blijven helpen door:
Het vereenvoudigen van implementaties en tegelijkertijd een 360 graden-overzicht van de klant te bieden;
De markt te blijven aanvoeren met cloudapplicaties die een focus hebben op front-office mogelijkheden;
