Het succes van die transitie zal in grote mate afhangen van het vermogen van het personeel om Agentic AI in hun dagelijkse activiteiten te gebruiken. En niet alleen bedrijven hebben hier baat bij: werknemers die <a href=\"https:\/\/slack.com\/blog\/news\/the-new-ai-advantage\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dagelijks AI gebruiken<\/a>, zien 64% hogere productiviteit, 58% betere focus en 81% meer werktevredenheid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het \u2018AI Fluency Playbook\u2019 kwam tot stand op basis van de eigen ervaringen van Salesforce met het implementeren van <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/nl\/agentforce\/ai-agents\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AI agents<\/a> als <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/nl\/agentforce\/use-cases\/customer-zero\/?d=afx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u2018Customer Zero<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/agentforce\/use-cases\/customer-zero\/\">\u2019<\/a> voor Agentforce. Vandaag werkt 100% van de medewerkers van Salesforce met agents en 85% stelt dat ze AI-tools met vertrouwen gebruiken om de productiviteit van hun dagelijks werk te verhogen. De resultaten zijn duidelijk: in slechts \u00e9\u00e9n jaar tijd heeft <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/nl\/slack\/agentforce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Agentforce in Slack<\/a> medewerkers meer dan 500.000 uren bespaard; Engagement Agent heeft samen met het salesteam ruim 190.000 leads verwerkt; en Service Agent heeft voor het customer serviceteam meer dan twee miljoen verzoeken om ondersteuning afgehandeld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agents cre\u00ebren voor iedereen nieuwe mogelijkheden door routinematige taken te automatiseren en het potentieel van medewerkers te vergroten. Maar om hun dagelijks werk echt te verbeteren en betere bedrijfsresultaten te noteren, hebben medewerkers de kennis, skills en tools nodig om doeltreffend samen te werken met AI agents.
