It's not just what
is possible, it's
what you are going
to make possible.
It's a transformational
moment. Agent
Force. Agent
Force. Agent Force.
We're not just re
-imagining software.
We're re-imagining
everything.
It's called the
agentic enterprise,
This is an agentic
revolution.
Big companies are using
Agent Force. There
has been a massive pivot
As we are trying to
become an authentic
enterprise. Agent 4 is
fundamentally changing
the nature of the
digital world. This is
the internet again. This
is electricity. It's
that level of change.
The rate and growth
of innovation
is awesome in
the last year.
Salesforce crushed
the numbers and the
operating margins
expanded. We are
witnessing the greatest
transformation in
business history.
With the digital
workforce, the game
has completely changed.
We got business
value immediately.
AgentForce revolutionized
our business.
It was an incredible
quarter, and
a lot of it has
to do with the
customer success
that we're seeing.
Around the world,
companies are
embracing this new
way of working.
Humans with agents
driving customer success
together. Together.
Together. Together.
We just really think
about it as giving
knowledge workers
superpowers. That gives
me time to get out
with our partners
and interact with
them on a human level.
Salesforce has helped
us do work quicker
where it matters in
the moment of truth.
And you multiply
that by the thousands
and thousands of
patients that we treat?
How could you not
want to do that? With
Slack as the interface,
it's not just
chat. It's not just
collaboration. It's
the front door to the
agentic enterprise.
Slackbot is the most
powerful AI tool that
we use. If you're
running business
without Slack, you're
doing it on hard mode.
Salesforce, the
revenue's just terrific.
This is the next
revolution. More
than 50,000 people
have come to San
Francisco from
Dreamforce. This, my
friends, is the
AgentForce 360 platform.
We are building
$10 billion
businesses in
service, sales, and
data, all
accelerated by AI.
We have delivered
19 trillion
There is no
better metric for
engagement. We have
the vision that
this new Agentic
Enterprise is a
system of context,
a system of work,
This is the
powerful moment.
Agentic
Revolution, there's
Like all good things
in Salesforce, this
is just the beginning.
We saw a 185% increase
in number of
appointments. We have
seen a massive
efficiency where we have
implemented the age of
push. In the range of
25% to 30%. We're
at 87% automation of
the clinch process.
Nobody else does that.
I think you push
the chips in
and transform
your business.
We've gone faster
with Agent Force than
we have gone with
any other technology.
This is the
Agentic Enterprise.
Okay, so welcome to
World Tour Paris.
Welcome to the
Agentic Enterprise.
We're so excited to
have all you here.
I love Paris. It's
one of my favorite
cities in the
world. and we do
these events in
cities all over the
world, but I
volunteer for this one
because I love to
be here with you.
But first, before
we start the show,
I think many of you
know what I'm going
to do if you've come
to our shows before,
and that is we're
going to thank you.
Salesforce exists
and is successful
because of each and
every one of you,
because of what you
do with Salesforce.
Our employees are
here in the room,
our customers
are in the room,
Nonprofits are in
the room. Are there
nonprofits in the
room? Raise your hands.
Okay, they all
need your help.
So we love the
nonprofits.
So all of you,
thank you so much
for being here. Thank
you for the time
today to listen
to this keynote.
We want to show you
some innovation.
We want to show you
the future of AI.
But let me start back
to when we started
the company. When we
started the company,
we started it on a
core set of values.
And the top value
wasn't innovation, even
though that's near
and dear to my heart.
innovation, equality,
and sustainability.
And those values
have guided us ever
since we started the
company, and they're
more important than
ever right now. And
I think trust, especially
here in France,
is very, very
important. Trust is
very, very important
in the world of AI.
And based upon
those values, we
built an incredible
company, but
we also built
into what we do,
what we call
the 1-1-1 model.
When I met Mark
Benioff in 1998,
actually, and we
started in 1999,
he said, we're
going to start
the company with
a non-profit.
We had zero
profit, we had zero
dollars, we just
had an idea.
But the idea
was we're going
1% of our employees'
time, we had
three people at the
time, that's not a
lot of people, and
1% of our product,
and we're going
to give that back.
And since then, we've
given almost a billion
dollars out in donations,
almost 11 million
volunteer hours
worldwide, many here in
Paris, and almost 65
,000 non-profits use our
service to do good in
the world. But let's talk
about what's happening
here in France. In
France, we've given 16
.3 million in donations.
We've trained over
212,000 people on
Trailhead, trained them
and created a job, created
an economy where they
have new jobs and
they're helping us.
They're our trailblazers.
And I'm so excited
to announce also that
we have a partnership
with a company
called, a nonprofit
called Saint-Plant.
Thank you for being
here. I think we
train maybe over 2
,000 employees, 2,000
people in the world.
Yes, Saint-Plan
exists. It has been
created in 2013, and
we have trained
all over the world
more than 50,000
people since that time.
And our ambition
with you is to create
an Atlantic AI
Academy. and our
objective is to train
2,000 people over the
next year in all
our territories in
France. Amazing.
Well, thank you for
what you're doing,
Veronique, and thank
you for being our
partner. Wonderful.
So it's really about
those core values and
really doing good in
the world where we
started the company.
But we believe that
you can also do well
while you're doing
good, And we're very
proud of our success.
$46 billion this
year. We're projecting
to be a $60 billion
revenue company
by fiscal year
30. We get these
great awards, most
innovative companies,
ethical, top
companies that care.
Amazing. But it's kind
of that doing well
and doing good together
that we believe
that we can do that
as we keep growing.
And the impact will
keep increasing.
but it's also
about innovation.
27 years ago we started
Salesforce and we
started with a little
idea. The idea was
why can't enterprise
software or Salesforce
automation specifically
be as easy as
buying a book on amazon
.com? That was before
Amazon was anything
except a bookseller.
And the idea was very
simple and we started
with that with
Salesforce automation.
And you know that
what happened after
that is we grew. We
added customer service.
We added marketing.
We added commerce.
We added so many
offerings. We added
social networking.
We added mobile.
You know, today
we think, well, of
course I'm going to
use Salesforce and
everything else in
the enterprise on
my phone. In 1999,
that was not true.
Then in 2016, AI
really happened. That
was the predictive AI
phase where machine
learning was being
used for lead scoring
and case routing,
but now we're in a
whole new world.
We're in a whole new
world of generative
AI, and it is just,
every day it is just
scrambling my brain.
I read this morning that
OpenAI just announced
that there's a
geometric proof that was
just solved that no
human has ever solved.
That happened, I think
it was yesterday.
That is mind
-blowing. So we are
in this massive
transformation,
this massive
transformation of AI, and
it's changing every
single industry.
It's changing all of your
industries. It's
changing Salesforce.
And Salesforce
wants to help
lead all of you
into that future.
And so how are we
doing that? Well, the
first thing is we are
going to transform
ourselves. That's
what we've been doing.
So Salesforce is an
agentic enterprise.
2.2 million cases
are resolved
autonomously
with agentic AI.
75,000 employees
are using Slackbot,
which is our embedded
AI out-of-the-box
in Slack for employee
productivity.
So everybody is
getting more and
more agentified
within Salesforce.
We start with
service. And
service is on
every touchpoint.
Service is not just
on the website.
It's on the telephone
when you're calling.
We're agentically
answering the
phone. It's in the
application. It's on
every touchpoint, and
the humans as well.
The humans, we're
up-leveling every
single human so the
humans can serve all
of our customers
with all the complex
cases through the
human interactions.
So if you go to
help.salesforce.com,
we used to have
a simple chat
bot, and it
would answer some
questions about
our products.
But now we have
an agent for us
agent, a customer
agent that knows
you when you come
to the website.
It knows your account.
It knows what you use
from us. It knows your
previous questions.
And it will help you.
And it is helping
an incredible number
of customers every
single day. And our
human support reps
are then freed up
from some of the more
simple problems that
they can handle the
more complex ones.
Because if you come
to that site and you're
talking to AgentForce
and you say, hey,
I need a little
more help, we will
route you to a human.
But then we went further,
In the United
States right now,
if you call our
phone number,
and you pick up the
phone and you say,
hey, Salesforce,
I need some help.
There's an AI
that answers that
phone. The AI
says, hello, how
can I help you?
Or, bonjour,
qu'est-ce que
vous pouvez aider?
25 different languages.
We will have a
conversation with you,
and we'll answer it.
And that's coming here
in France this year.
Emily promised
me that that's
going to happen,
right, Emily?
Yeah, she actually
needs help. She's not
responsible for making
that happen. But we are
going to make it happen
in France. So when
you call a phone number
here in France, it
will be agentic. And
you can do this, too.
So every
enterprise needs to
become an agentic
enterprise.
Every enterprise needs
to have that automation
to help on your
website. How many of
you don't have an agent
on your website just
to answer the simple
questions and then to
actually help your
customers, not just with
service, but maybe
they want to buy
something from you? That
would be good, right?
Pierre here at ADECO
loves Agent Force
because they're
doing recruiting and
talking to candidates
24-7. The AI is.
It doesn't get tired.
It doesn't sleep.
And then the humans in
the morning can answer
the questions and
get those candidates
great jobs. That's a
really amazing story.
But we have a lot more
stories here today.
We want to show you
how you can all become
agentic enterprises
And to show you that,
into French
with my friend,
this number, since
18 months, has turned
to 95%. It has been
largely relayed by
the press in indicating
that 95% of the
companies who were
launched in projects
around the IA didn't
come to the scale.
Because it doesn't
matter to take a
LLM and to branch
it on these data.
And most of you in
the room, you have
enough challenge
to say what to say?
What governance in
terms of my data? What
do I do to fill out my
data in the company?
And also, what
governance should I put
in place in my
organization for that work?
the agent IA, if he
doesn't know and can't
interpret the rules
of the company, the
process of the job,
he can't work hand in
hand with with your
employees, today, we
can't make it productive
and at the scale.
And to do this, we have
operated ourselves.
We have made our
own own mutation.
Because,
Salesforce, you have
known us as the
best of the CRM,
then the best
of the data.
And in fact, we were
the first to launch
what? To launch
AgentForce, now it's
almost two years, to
be the best of the
company agent. And in
this mutation, we have
a need to go even
further, and that's
why today we are
announcing what? We are
announcing the launch
of Headless 360.
Headless 360, I will
explain a little bit
of time to explain it
so that it is clear.
We really think
that today,
in a company, there
is no need to have an
agent when we have
thousands of employees.
We will not have an
agent, we will have
plenty of agents. And
these agents, it's not
just an incremental
layer that we put,
but it's just an
invention of the business.
And to do this,
Headless has to
be able to connect
with the best
solutions of the
current market.
And we're going
to make the
platform completely open.
We continue to do
this choice for you to
use, of course, the
API interface that you
know, classic. to be
able to use the MCP
protocols which were first
launched by Anthropik
and that you have
directly access to the
business process, to
the business rules.
And we will even
make sure to give
access to the command
lines with CLI.
And that means what?
That means that once
again, we don't
connect a LLM directly
into the data, but we
can create agents who
connect to your company,
of your company,
And that changes
the add-on, because
instead of waiting
for six months or
nine months to make
it in production,
you can now create
an agent via cloud
code or via codex, via
also du agent force.
So we give you the
choice and we just
reduce the time of
production. We are
capable, for example,
with cloud code, and
I can tell you that
I can also use it,
to create an
agent in less than
two days and to
have a very high
-end product on
a few weeks ago.
to make sure you
have the best of
what is happening
in the market.
I talked about
architecture.
I will try to simplify
this architecture.
There are three
pillars. The
first, it is of
course to be able
to federate the
data. It is what you
have as a foundation
with Data360.
Then you have the
business applications,
because the agents will
certainly use these
business rules, but
we all, as a salary,
we still need to have
tools to operate.
And then, this
engagement,
which is also in
charge of reinventing,
quels que soient les
canaux, qu'ils soient
justement écrits ou
orals, qu'ils soient
sur un bureau ou sur
le terrain, et donc
c'est cette couche
de conversation qui
est en train d'arriver
à grande échelle.
Laissez-moi
maintenant zoomer
sur chacune de
ces briques.
On va commencer
par celles
que vous connaissez tous.
Ce sont les applications
métiers que vous
utilisez pour vos
vendeurs, pour les
marketeurs, à destination
des centres d'appels
que vous avez
classiquement, depuis
plus de 27 ans, construits
dans vos entreprises
avec vos règles
métiers ? Eh bien,
en fait, on est venu
l'élargir pour faire
en sorte, aujourd
'hui, puisqu'on fédère
la donnée de l'entreprise,
de pouvoir aussi
vous offrir des
solutions qui viendront,
non pas uniquement
sur le front office
du CRM, mais venir
aussi parler d'ITSM,
venir pouvoir fédérer
de la donnée autour
de vos systèmes RH or
other. Why? Because
it's that the world
of the IA. It's the
facilitation of connection
that we can now have
to make the
company a gentile.
for two years of
coming ADECO and
Bouygues, they
are in the first
row, I'm going to
make it exprès,
to verify that
I don't know.
Why? Because
it's two years,
they had put a
pilot. The last
year, you started
to deploy it.
Aujourd'hui, et je l
'ai mis sur la slide,
c'est 28% d
'amélioration sur
le processus
de recrutement.
Et hier, on était
justement en visite
dans une agence
à Sergi, à vos
côtés, pour aller
parler justement
aux utilisateurs finaux.
Et c'est pratiquement
plus de 55% des appels
qui étaient faits
en masse pour venir
identifier des candidats
qui a été simplifié
dans les Agentic.
Et donc, ce n'est pas
juste une automatisation.
It's to repense the
work in an agency.
When we talk
about AgentForce,
And the agent, in fact,
we don't create an
agent on WhatsApp,
an agent on WhatsApp.
With AgentForce, you
create your agent,
you put your rules
on what he can do,
what he can do,
what he can do, what
he can do or not,
what he can do or
not. and the most
important thing is
that you are going
to do with a single
agent a deployment
of the channels.
So you don't need
to do it by channel.
A single agent
can operate and
accompany a person
on the ground,
can be available on
a site of e-commerce,
can be available
on a type WhatsApp
channels or can
be in conversation
mode and be used
with the voice.
That's AgentForce. And
we've been challenged
because we've listened
to it. And we've
realized that when
you deploy an agent,
there's no one, there's
no two, there's no
one, there's no one,
there's no one, there's
no one, there's no
one, there's no one.
this room, in
this moment,
just this week, has
received SMS or calls
four or five in the week.
That's called the
commercial pressure.
Est-ce que vous
avez envie, en
tant que marque, en
tant qu'entreprise,
d'avoir une
pression commerciale
à outrance auprès
de vos clients ?
Mais en fait, ça vient
dégrader la marque.
Et Agent Force fait
quoi ? Il vient vérifier
que les agents que
vous allez mettre en
place sur le marché ne
viennent pas effectuer
cette pression
commerciale à chaque
fois sur chaque
personne. Et ça, c'est le
différenciateur. And
you can see that if it's
not just to put a
LLM on your data, you
have to govern, you
have to orchestrate this
hybrid work between
agents and salariés.
When we talk about
the engagement,
we have talked
about the agents,
but there are
also the salariés.
And these
salariés, for an
employee, it's
1000 applications.
For an ETI,
it's about 150.
For a PME, you have maybe
It's a reality.
I can tell you
that I visited a
great distributor,
a retailer, and in fact,
they had practically
a dozen applications
on their job post,
knowledge and
the tarification.
We also came to use
the IA to fluidify and
uniformize the job
post, thanks to Slack,
and Slack allows
today to be the unique
interface of the job of
the salary. It's not just
the messagerie, it
allows you to create a
team between the
employees and the agents.
And we put the
client's case,
which is the case
of Anthropik.
Because the proof
is that even the big
LLM, that Anthropik,
OpenAI or Mistral,
are the users
of Salesforce.
They are our best
clients today.
we talked about
the engagement
now we have
the foundation.
And our foundation
is Data360,
which allows today
to do what? To do an
unification of the
data between the data
that you have in
your CRM, which are
outside the CRM, on
the finance, on the
RH, with what we
call the zero-copy
partner network which
allows us to interpret
the data whether
it be front office,
middle office
or back office.
And in fact, the
uniformization of the
data is also effected
with the data
structure which comes
from your systems,
but it can also
be images, videos,
PDFs. And PDFs, we
know that we have a lot
when we talk about
knowledge bases and just
about technicians who
are on the ground.
venir unifier
cette donnée.
L'autre point qui est
important au niveau
de cette donnée, c
'est qu'elle doit être
interprétable,
gouvernable, auditable.
Pourquoi on a
fait le rachat d
'Informatica l'année
dernière ? Pas juste
pour l'intégrer
dans Salesforce.
Mais je peux vous
dire quelque chose,
c'est qu'il y a une
profondeur d'analyse
sur les métadonnées
et les données
à avoir. Et aujourd
'hui, on a lancé,
grâce à Informatica,
to integrate in
Salesforce what we
call the clean agent.
Why? Because you have
challenged us. And you
have said, before
doing the IA, I need to
clean my data bases
because they are not
completely clean. I need
to increase the quality
of data to make sure
to have a better
interpretation and result
when I launch an agent.
And in fact, it is
thanks to the integration
of Informatica
that we have been
able to go even
further and advance the
market to make sure you
have a better accuracy
when you launch
your agent IA at the
destination of your
salary or clients.
And this
pilotage, we have
Tableau, and
Tableau, what do you
mean? We make
conversation.
Instead of having
a dashboard that
allows us to identify
the information,
this dashboard
you can speak, you
can speak,
conversation, you can
speak with this
information, you
can speak with
this information.
And I give you
another example on the
tableau, it's the unification
of the definitions
-métiers. When we
talk for example of a
VIP client, when it's
in a service client,
it's often the SLA that's
dedicated to solving
their problems. When
we talk about a VIP
client when we are in
marketing or when we
are in vente, it can
be an offer dedicated,
In fact, the
unification of these
definitions comes
also to find out
in Tableau to make
sure to pilot it
business. And it's
what we can do
thanks to these
three layers,
business and
the engagement.
We continue always
on the opening.
Because we think that,
at this moment, it's
not the SaaS apocalypse,
it's the SaaS
agentic. And it's just
that which will allow you
to be even more pertinent
to your side. In
fact, when we talk
about SaaS agentic, we
have to, as we have
for the applications,
an app exchange, an
agent exchange. And so
you also dispose of a
native library of agents,
if you want to
benefit from the best
market, with more than
13.000 agents who are
structured in this
library by industry and by
functionalities. You
have understood that
it is an architecture
and a work that we have
done to facilitate the
deployment of agents.
It is not just the
iceberg. You can see
that it is quite complex
and that it is often
cachet and that we
can't tell you after.
And that is done
with two criteria.
And I made it
expat to add
these messages
in Europe. Why?
Because today in
France, it's all the 11
seconds of an attack
of cybersecurity.
When we talk about
agents and IA, of course
that can be positive
for the company,
but the dark
IA exists also.
And these attacks,
we also have
to accompany you
on the subject.
You have on the
left side what
exists today in
the platform.
The invisible is
that if there is
an attack on the
Salesforce standard,
you don't need
to handle it.
You have the configurable.
It's for you,
in this co
-construction, to enable
the good people in
the right place, on
the right données,
on the right process.
And you can
even go further.
Because often we have
questions in saying,
yes, but I'm on
several geographies, I
have a model that is
very decentralized,
I have many marques,
and I need to pilot
in real time the management
of my cybersecurity.
And in fact, there
are some add-ons
that allow, with
Security Center, to pilot
this in real time.
The second part is the
sovereignty. It's
the autonomy of data.
we also have
a platform in
complete conformity
with GDPR.
notre référentiel
mondial.
Et on a mis quoi ?
On a mis en place les
partenariats nécessaires
pour faire en sorte
que l'autonomie de cette
donnée soit pertinente,
notamment dans des
secteurs qui sont
extrêmement régulés. Et
on a des partenariats
pour aller encore plus
loin, avec de l'encryption
de données, fait
avec Thales, ou avec
une donnée qui peut
être mise notamment sur
Tableau, MuleSoft ou
Informatica on-premise,
avec des offres comme
Sens ou encore Orange.
I'm going to
go, because...
Heureusement, Parker,
who loves France,
who has helped us to make
with three
concrete cases.
You'll also take
advantage of the day to
have an Agentic City
that we've got and
be able to see in a
real way Comment ça
se passe dans d'autres
entreprises, dans
d'autres secteurs,
dont ADECO, dont BOUIC
Télécom. Pourquoi
? Parce que ça vous
permet de suivre leur
évolution également.
Et aujourd'hui, je
vais vous demander
d'applaudir
Bruno Cass qui va
nous présenter
ces cas concrets.
Merci, Émilie. Et
bonjour à toutes et à
tous. Je suis absolument
ravi de vous retrouver
aujourd'hui pour le
Paris World Tour.
So, what we want
to see is the
theory, the
cadre. I propose
now to pass on
the practical.
We will show you
how everything works
in real life, how
the agents, the
collaborators,
the platform work
together for success
of your clients.
And for this, you
have understood,
we have today
three demos,
three challenges
extremely different, which
are very far from
their industry. and
we will show you how
it works in the real
life with a first
example, Canada Gouze.
do you think your
collaborators
have systemically
access to a
good context,
to a good time,
when I talk about it, the
answer to this
question is no.
Not that they have
a lot of data, but
these data, very often,
are not connected,
They are in a
system that is silo,
non-integrated and
difficult to exploit.
This was the case
of Canada Goose,
and so we worked
with Canada Goose.
And today, you will
see in the demo,
89% of the current
tasks that Canada
Goose has with
its clients are
done automatically
with Agent Force.
We will show you all
in detail in this
demo. you will see an
AI agent who operates
the client from the
bout to the bout,
from a return to
a salesperson,
without ever
asking information,
without any human
being intervened
when it is not necessary.
You will see in this
demo, in three times,
how Agent Force
helps connect the
client, how Agent
Force helps to advise,
You will see
the new daily
Le nouveau quotidien,
c'est moins de
jonglage entre les
systèmes, c'est plus de
place, de fait, à
la relation client.
Merci Bruno et
bonjour à tous.
Je vous propose de
plonger ensemble dans
l'expérience
utilisateur. Et ça tombe
bien, parce que je
suis une cliente
fidèle de Canada Goose
depuis des années.
Et aujourd'hui,
j'ai un problème.
commande. And I'm
very impressed.
We've all experienced
it. Faire a return,
it's often the
journey of combatants.
Let's look together
how the brand
has reinvented its
client experience.
Here, on their site,
I have a total freedom
to interact with
the client service.
Online, by messaging,
or on phone.
For my part,
I'll call them.
And as the brand operates
internationally,
international,
she will be
able to adapt to
the language
of each client.
And it's also there
that magic works.
As the Canal
Voix is natively
the vocal agent IA
agent will have,
all the context
concerning me.
So I propose to call
you immediately.
Hello, I would like
to return my command.
Hello, Marine. I
see that your last
purchase is the
SeaPress Puffer,
which is a 8-SBGE
-009. Is this good
article that you
want to return?
I'm going to charge
your return. I
currently generate
your return ticket.
I see that you
prefer receiving
your notifications
on WhatsApp.
Do you want me to
send you directly?
Yes, that would
be perfect.
C'est envoyé. Vous
devriez le recevoir d
'ici quelques secondes.
Vous pouvez déposer
votre article dans n
'importe quel point de
dépôt. Vous n'avez
pas besoin d'imprimer
l'étiquette. Souhaitez
-vous autre chose
concernant votre commande
ou un conseil sur
vos produits ? Oui,
je suis à la recherche
de quelque chose de
plus léger pour le
printemps. Auriez-vous
des recommandations ?
I will move on
to the site.
Would you like
to continue
Yes, thank you very much.
One instant, I
will transfer.
let's analyze what
we've just experienced.
As I called, the
system has immediately
recognized me
without asking me to
identify or give me
my command number.
And above all, he
understood my intention.
The agent IA identified
the exact article of
my last command and
he acted in real time.
The return is
launched and the
ticket is sent
instantaneously on
my favorite
channel, WhatsApp.
this small touch
humane which requires a
transfer to a human,
L'agent IA a su
exactement quand passer
le relais à un expert.
C'est ça le service
client Agentic.
Comprendre,
raisonner et agir.
Regardons
maintenant ce qui se
passe du côté
de la styliste.
C'est là que Salesforce
fait la différence.
agent IA, tout
est natif sur la
plateforme. And
because everything
is alimentated
by Data360,
the stylists
don't only see an
interaction of
service clients.
They see the client, that
is to me, in
my globality.
The history of my
commands, my preferences,
my engagement on each
point of contact,
everything is
grouped together.
And look at what's
happening next to you.
There's Agent Force
working in real time to
make me raise
recommendations. intelligent.
la styliste va
pouvoir engager
avec moi de
façon proactive,
pertinente et
personnalisée.
il y a beaucoup
de systèmes IA qui
peuvent répondre
à des questions.
très peu sont
en capacité d
'embarquer à un tel
niveau de contexte
lors de chaque
interaction.
Alors, regardons
ensemble sous
le capot pour
comprendre comment
tout ça fonctionne
réellement.
What you have
on the screen is
the source code
behind the agent
IA that I just
had on the phone.
becomes absolutely
incredible.
Listen,
absolutely no line
has been written
by a human.
Everything was
entirely written,
generated by
the agent IA,
thanks to Agent
Force Vibes.
For all developers
in the room, you
will love to pilot
these agents IA.
They will be
able to generate,
test and affine in
a few hours what
you would take
a few weeks ago.
And the best in all this,
it doesn't matter
if you vibe on Agent
Force Vibes, on
Cursor or Cloud Code.
Because in the
platform Salesforce
platform, the
interface user,
we will give you
an environment.
We will give you
simply the socle
so that you can
build your own.
Passons now from the code
We will see here
Agent Force Builder.
Agent Force
Builder is the tool
that allows me
to parameter
my agent in a
very simple way.
I will define
natural language what
he can do and
what he can't do.
And it's there
that we reach
an absolute level
of precision.
Do you remember
the moment when
I asked a style
and that the
agent was transferred
to a human.
This escalate towards
a human, it was not
at all a proposition
of the IA. It's like
Canada Goose has defined
its client experience
in fixing the rules,
the guards fous.
And it's there that
comes our secret arm.
you will be able
to combine the
flexible reasoning
of the LLM
with the work
flow determinist.
The result, you
see at the screen.
Dès que l
'intention de mon
client est liée au style,
l'agent route
vers un humain.
Canada Goose a défini
la logique une fois,
elle s'applique
rigoureusement sur
chaque canal et à
chaque interaction.
Pensez aux industries
qui sont hautement
réglementées ou au
secteur de la santé.
Dans ces domaines,
une mauvaise
réponse de l'IA, ce
n'est pas seulement
une mauvaise
expérience client.
C'est un risque
de conformité.
It's really for
this that we
developed AgentScript,
for you to define
when your agent
can be adaptable
and when he
should be precise.
It's Canada Goose,
who automatically
automatically 89% of
its recurring demands
on any channel and
any interface on a
platform that is now
available in Headless.
Thank you for your
attention. Bruno,
Bravo Marine.
Bravo aux équipes.
Quelle démo. Fantastique.
Vous avez vu entre les
lignes comment aujourd
'hui on est capable
d'utiliser Agent
Force Vibes, Cloud Code,
pour créer des agents
de manière extrêmement
rapide et fiable.
Je vous propose
maintenant qu'on ouvre un
deuxième chapitre, un
deuxième chapitre avec
Pierre Fabre. Et on va
parler d'un challenge
totalement différent.
On va parler des
équipes qui travaillent
loin de leur bureau.
You have without doubt
in your businesses
there are commerciaux
en déplacement,
there are technicians
on the terrain,
there are
representatives of
the medical staff
who enchaînent
the rendezvous
all the day.
The problem is
that very often,
the tools bureautics
that they are used
to be available are
not at all at all. And
the result, it's the
size of the tardive,
it's the information
that are missing,
charge extremely
important.
it's 4 000 users
of the solution
Salesforce. and
Linda, who has
the pleasure of
being here today,
which is about
2000 delegates.
It is to tell you
if this subject
is important for
Pierre Fabre.
So, we have worked
with Pierre Fabre. And
today, you will see in
this demo how AgentForce
helps to start with
the good priorities.
AgentForce is able
to analyze the
agenda of the
delegates and prepare
the briefs before
each rendezvous.
You will also see
how AgentForce helps
to optimize the
visits, the visits in
pharmacy. Sur leur
mobile, les délégués ont
accès à des données
en temps réel. Cela
peut être des données
de prix, cela peut
être des données
de stock. Et ça, ça
leur permet de créer
des commandes en un
instant, sans avoir
à changer de système.
Et puis enfin,
vous allez voir
aussi dans cette
démo, comment
on exécute avec
des garde-fous.
Surtout dans un
contexte, Marine
tu en parlais,
réglementaire,
l'industrie
pharmaceutique.
Dans ce contexte
-là, avec la capacité
des agents, des
délégués, de
reprendre la main
à chaque moment.
je vous propose
qu'on lance
cette démo. Patrice,
c'est à toi.
on a une super
nouvelle. Avec
Pierre Fabre, on
a trouvé le remède
pour toutes les
équipes terrain.
Directement dans
Engineforce Life Science,
on dispose d'une
IA qui est intégrée
dans chaque
processus, dans chaque
métier. And that's
where it's important.
Why? Because it will
allow me to focus
only on the key
elements, to have the
action levels that
allow me to perform.
data, I have
my processes,
I have my cards,
but I also
have, as Emily
said, an analysis
integrated into
each process.
Before, I had to
talk to my boss, I
had to look at the
reports, the tableau
board, Or, things
are not great.
Today, I ask a very
simple question.
How can I cover
this gap between
my objectives
and the real?
The IIA,
Adjunforce, looks
at all the internal data,
and, again once
explained by Emily,
the external data,
in zero copy.
Ni une ni deux, j
'arrive sur l'affiche
de Jean-Pierre Michelon.
Toutes les données
sont là, synthétisées,
très claires.
Une spécialité
sur l'eczéma,
des essais cliniques, des
publications,
beaucoup de documents.
Ma vision est
limpide. Je sais
comment aborder le
docteur Michelon.
c'est très simple,
encore une fois, John
Force est là, à mes
côtés, pour proposer
toujours le meilleur
contenu. This content,
we're going to talk about
eczema, with a product
under prescription
called the LocaPred,
And these
corticoids, it's one
of the questions
of the doctor,
who wants to relieve
this corticoids.
John Forceella knows
all the content,
all the products
of Pierre Fabre
and recommends a
product without
prescription called
the Xeracalm AD,
process of the
corticoids.
You have understood
that during the
visit, the doctor
asked a question.
I gave the good
answer with the good
content and the
scientific reports.
Maybe Dr. Jean
-Pierre Michelon
could prescribe
this product.
Like many of the
regular industries,
It happens that there are
things which
are controlled,
In the health, one
important thing is to be
validated with the
doctor if there was an
effect on a product.
No, it's a good news.
The second thing,
you know, we love all
this, to fill the
sheets, to tap with our
little fingers, to
lancer the process.
No, I'm sorry,
it was before.
What I like in this
demo is what will
be done now by a
great expert in health
health called Rémy
Tonin and who will
do live in live, in
the visit report.
can we hear your
little voice?
I just finished
my visit with Dr.
Michelon. He envisage
the BOM Aven Zeracam
for several patients
in oncology,
especially those
who have irritations
cutanées liées to
their treatment.
He asked him what
was the time moyen
to see the improvement
of symptoms.
I told him that
he would make a
follow-up with
additional information.
What is what
we just heard?
What is the narrative
non-structuring?
And the magic is
now. Maintenant,
l'intelligence
artificielle a
détecté des sujets
non conformes
très importants
dans ce monde.
Et ce qui va
être fait, c'est
que l'agent va
recommander des
adaptations sur
le compte rendu.
Je l'applique
automatiquement.
tout est saisi,
tout est envoyé en
automatique.
Climail avec le
contenu approuvé,
tout a été envoyé.
Et la perle de la
perle ? You doubt that
if the doctor Michelon
prescript a product,
the pharmacist,
next to this doctor,
should dispense
this product
and be trained
to this product.
Adjunforce knows that
there is a training
camp and will include
all the pharmacies
next to Dr Michelon,
which is a pharmacy
Lefebvre that we
will see very soon.
Here's how Pierre
Fabre, with
the help of Adjunforce
Life Science,
allows to break
the silos.
Casser the silos
between the prepa, the
visit, the post-visit,
in putting the agentic
and in augmenting each
interaction to make
them always more
durable and pertinence.
After the medical
visit, you would
doubt that we would
go to a pharmacy and
I would be the
delegate in pharmacy.
Le délégué en pharmacie,
lui aussi il a la
tablette, lui aussi
il a son application,
mais avec ses agents,
avec ses données.
La première chose
qui est importante
avant de visiter
cette pharmacie
Lefebvre, c'est d
'avoir une vue à 360.
Tiens, elle a
été formée sur le
produit Xeracalm,
ça tombe bien.
J'ai une vue d
'ensemble, et ce
que je vais faire
au tout départ,
c'est ce qu'on appelle
un audit de magasin
ou un store check
pour les puristes,
which consists of
what? To validate that
the commercial accords
are well respected.
to make a control
of the market
with an
exceptional thing.
To compter the
number of products,
to see if
everything is stock,
and to fill the number of
units. This,
you doubt it?
This photo is used,
I ask the agent
multimodal to count
the number of units.
You see, all the
stars with the little
stars have been set
up in real time.
I gained an
incredible time.
To approach
Hélène Lefebvre,
First of all,
it's to submit.
It's to launch the
command command.
And this command
command, you
know, is always a
bit laborious in
the online mode,
in the offline.
I need to get
the price, the
market avant, the
market arrière,
the stocks, a lot
of information.
And you doubt
that, with the
headless, again
mentioned by Emily,
we've asked the
ERP and we've
the price, the
discounts, everything is
there. I will be able
to create my command,
the artificial
intelligence
will add in this
commandment the good
products, in terms
of these agreements
that we had
signed with Helen,
and very simply, I
will start the command.
we will be
able to explore
the whole of
the products,
add some elements
if she wants,
Adjunforce knows
all the rules, all
the conditions,
and will be able
to apply at all
moment the marges,
the promotions
and the offers
to maximize the
price of Hélène.
everything has
been modified.
When we arrive at
the signature, Hélène
has all these
information, including
some obligations of
payment, on the left,
the conditions of
payment, the price,
the discount which
has been applied.
Hélène will be
able to sign it.
Cette commande est
prise, est envoyée à
la supply qu'on verra
un petit peu après.
Rémi et toute
l'équipe, je
Voilà comment, avec
Adjunforce, intégré
dans chaque processus,
on a pu automatiser,
simplifier le processus
complet quand je
rentre dans une officine,
quand je converse
avec le pharmacien.
On va passer sur une
dernière partie, je pense,
qui est intéressante
pour vous. Comment
on a fait tout ça ?
Grâce à John Builder,
on a orchestré tous
ces agents que vous
avez vus tout à l'heure.
Le premier, c'était
un agent sur le
service médical, si
vous vous souvenez. On
a créé automatiquement
cet agent avec
du vibe coding,
plutôt sur cloud code.
Et vous vous souvenez,
une chose très
importante, c'est un sujet
régulé. On a pu créer
des règles, des scripts
qui permettent de
créer une algorithmie
avec des if, des n,
des else pour assurer
un niveau de qualité
constant et un niveau
de conformité totale.
Le deuxième agent
qu'on a vu, si
vous vous souvenez
bien, c'était
lors de la prise
de commande. And
thanks to Headless,
thanks to MCP,
we were able to
interrogate the ERP and
recover the inventors,
the stocks, the
price, and that's
what you see here.
It's super simple,
and it's at scale.
Salesforce loves
Salesforce.
We use Slack
every day, but I
believe that some
use Microsoft
Teams, and you're
right. reason.
J'ai dans ma
main Teams. Et
grâce au Headless,
dont on vous
a parlé depuis
tout à l'heure,
on a toutes les données
qui sont interprétées
par Teams et la
puissance d'Adjunforce
permet de proposer
la meilleure valeur
aux personnes de la
supply elles aussi.
Ce qu'on vient de voir
since the beginning.
It's how Pierre
Fabre innove, how
Pierre Fabre maximizes
the pertinence
of each interaction
with his clients,
the doctors or
the pharmacists.
is to give the
hand to Emily
for the interview.
Well, thank you
for this belle
demonstration, Patrice.
Very nice. And
just the voice of
the client is
there. And so I ask
you, if you please,
I'm going to welcome
Linda Tibbitt
of Pierre Fabre.
a huge journey,
almost 30 years old,
I don't know how
to say it, but
it's 25 years old.
I'm 25 years old.
Pierre Fabre, it's
a family company
with a foundation
foundation.
You're based not not
at Paris, but just
at Castres. You're
present in 140
Péry, it's about 3
billionaires of jobs.
And you have a
particular journey that I
love a lot, because you
were a business, you
were a field, you were
responsible in France,
you were the CEO Canada,
you are currently
the CEO of Nordics,
based at Copenhague,
and you take the
responsibility for the
group, you have seen,
it's a little bit long,
the big
transformation around
the management
of the client
and the agent
for Pierre Fabre.
Exactly, Emily,
it's all that.
I was still two months
GM of Nordics, and
so I started since the
1st of April. So it's
a project that is
brought by the business.
Absolutely. business
absolutely exactly alors
pourquoi avoir engagé
une transformation
majeure après avoir
finalement utilisé des
outils depuis 15 ans
qui étaient les mêmes
pourquoi avoir décidé
là tout de suite d'avoir
fait une rupture en
fait je vais faire
un petit step back sur
les origines du groupe
si vous me le permets
bah tout à fait donc
pierre fab c'est un
pharmacien d'officine
vous le disait à castres
et une soixantaine
d'années il a créé son
propre médicament dans
sufinance veineuse,
donc une innovation.
les médecins, les
pharmaciens, ses
pairs, les
professionnels de santé.
Donc en fait,
au tout départ,
il y avait de l
'innovation et il
y avait de la
relation client.
Et ça, ça a eu un
succès considérable.
Donc après ce premier
succès dans le monde
du médicament, il a
innové sur une autre
branche, sur une autre
activité, les soins
de la peau et du
cheveu de conception
Et puis, 60 ans plus
tard, ces deux branches
se sont développées
avec beaucoup de succès
donc vous le disiez
3 milliards séparés
enfin 3 milliards oui
et c'est plus de 3
milliards de chiffres
d'affaires deux
branches complètement
séparées la dermocosmétique
et la pharmacie donc
là on s'est demandé
mais comment aller
beaucoup plus loin
et donc on avait une
approche au départ
holistique d'être
complètement de mettre le
patient et donc le
professionnel de santé
au centre de notre
activité donc on a
souhaité en 2020 to
have a big project of
transformation to
approach these activities.
as we saw with
Patrice, to approach
these two activities.
But, despite
everything, they
were different tools.
And so, the CRM,
today, we have this
decision quite
extraordinary to say
that there will be
a single tool that
will assemble the
whole ecosystem of
Pierre Fabre au
service de ses clients.
Alors qu'il s'agit
d'un médecin, d
'un médecin oncologue
dans le centre
hospitalier de
Hambourg, qui est visité
par son Medical
Sales Liaison, qui
est visité par le
Medical Advisor,
mais que l'on puisse
avoir le même outil
et de la même
manière, en pharmacie,
sur les représentants
Aven, Aderma,
Elgidium, puissent
utiliser le même outil
pour adresser ce client,
le pharmacien, avec
l'intégralité des
données, L'intégralité de
son besoin et de son
attente pour pouvoir lui
parler de la façon la
plus pertinente possible
Donc encore une fois
c'est de l'innovation
et au service de la
relation client Donc
une seule et même
plateforme, des processus
qui sont justement
dédiés en fonction du
medical care et du
dermocosmétique Et en revanche
une volonté qui est
tirée par le business
et tirée aussi par le
comité de direction
Absolument
Parce que c'est
porté en direct
par votre CEO
Absolument et ça c
'est vraiment une clé
de succès because
I think it's quite
exceptional also. It's
to say that for the
committee of direction,
our new CRM is
really the moteur of
the transformation.
For parachever this
transformation which
will lead to Pierre
Fabre in the years 2030,
it's this new CRM
that will allow us to
pass to the scale and
to go much further.
What are the gains
for your employees and
also for your clients?
How are you going to
measure it? Very
clear, for the agent,
for the representant,
on pourrait penser que
c'est une sorte de
super pouvoir qu'on va
lui donner grâce à Agent
Force en particulier
mais ce qu'on aime
voir c'est qu'en
fait ça va lui donner
plus de temps utile
puisqu'en fait un
représentant quand il est
bon c'est qu'il est
bon dans la relation
client il est bon dans
l'écoute, de savoir
exactement ce dont
son client a besoin
et on va lui permettre
de dégager ce temps
là d'avoir une donnée
utile qui est directement
poussée auprès de
lui, cette donnée
elle va être en plus
analysée, c'est pas
forcément toujours des
data analystes And we
are going to propose
actions that make
sense and that make it
even better to listen
to your client to
know what he needs to
perform tomorrow. So
with an action more
personalised, more
performant, more impact.
It's the side of
the salary? Yes.
The client will benefit
from this support.
He will benefit from
an action who is
personalised for him. Il
a non pas un fournisseur,
mais il a un
partenaire. Il a un
partenaire qui va
travailler pour son succès.
Et le succès d'un
professionnel de santé,
en fait, c'est le
traitement des patients.
Donc en fait, on
est le partenaire
privilégié des
professionnels de santé
pour œuvrer sur
le traitement des
patients, qu'ils
soient au sein d'une
pharmacie ou dans un
cabinet officinal.
Linda, on a hâte de
voir les résultats.
Et avant de vous
quitter, je voulais
juste quand même
raconter la petite
histoire, because
when you came up with
me, I found that
it was pretty nice.
It's that,
finally, Pierre
Fabre, it's a
family story.
But not only for
Pierre Fabre, but also
for you, because I
think your grandmother
was one of the
first one or two.
It's a little bit
exaggerated, but
she was there at
the beginning.
She was there at the
beginning. She worked
in direct with Mr.
Pierre Fabre. Absolutely.
And she was there
the same year.
There was a lot
of medicine at my
grandmother. So,
the relationship
client, it started
very early for me.
Well, it's a family
story. We are very
happy to be part of the
family and thank you
for your confidence.
Thank you very much.
And we will
continue with the
third and last
case client.
thank you Linda,
thank you Emily.
We have already seen
two cases clients,
two challenges
extremely different but
which resonate beyond
their industry.
I propose to open
a third chapter,
the last chapter
on a subject,
I have a different
challenge,
that is the process
of operation.
The process of operation
are the processes
that turn the company
daily. I think
about approbations, I
think about renewing,
I think about
integration of
suppliers, employees,
clients, etc.
I was meeting a client,
I'm going to say
his name, and we
discussed his process
of the process of
onboarding suppliers.
So he told me that,
and I will tell
you exactly what he
said, but he said,
in general, my
process of onboarding
-fournisseur, it's
emails interminables
between the purchase,
the finance,
the right to
the left, the
manuals, the
manuals, to end up,
weeks and weeks to
integrate a new offer.
I think you see what
I'm talking about.
It's an enormous
potential of efficacy,
largely
underestimated in the
companies, and
Dell is naturally
interested in
the subject,
and they don't have
to be interested
because they
launched an operation
operation on a large
scale which concerns
about 20.000
collaborators at Dell
which is about 20%
of their employees
and so they have made
this transformation
and they have automated
with Agentforce
and today you will
see that 85% of
the onboarding
process from Dell is
automated with Agentforce
So you are many to
ask how can we
replicate this success?
Eh bien, j'ai le
plaisir d'annoncer
le lancement d
'AgentForce Operations.
AgentForce Operations,
pour libérer
le back-office de
ces contraintes,
c'est la capacité,
avec donc
AgentForce, à partir
d'instructions,
à partir de
documents, à partir
de processus, ça
peut même être,
à partir d'un dessin,
d'un processus fait
sur un tableau blanc,
à partir de ces
deux débrutes, la
possibilité de créer
un workflow structuré,
opérationnel, qui
est évidemment fait
de manière extrêmement
rapide, avec des
résultats concrets,
puisqu'on parle d
'une baisse en moyenne
de 70% de la réduction
des délais de
traitement de ces
différents processus.
Et bien sûr, avec
une baisse également
drastique des erreurs
de saisie qui peuvent
accompagner ces
différentes relances
manuelles, ces fichiers
existants, etc.
Alors vous allez
voir dans cette démo,
on va vous montrer de
manière extrêmement
concrète how
AgentForce Operations
works, how, with
Dell, AgentForce
Operations has helped
us to automate,
to collaborate,
to approve
from any channel.
I hope you are
well seated,
because it's really
bluffing. Guillaume,
it's to you.
Chez Dell, these are
external prestataires
who assure the
installation and
maintenance of
equipment for clients.
referenced in
the ecosystem.
I just painted on
this blank table.
Yes, it often
happens in ateliers
clients to make
these blank tables.
onboarding of
these prestataires.
First, it's
pretty simple.
We ask the
prestataires to send
documents, certificates
of assurance,
certificates of
conformity, and I'll pass.
manually validated
and examined.
this process goes on
many geographies for
many teams and takes,
in simultaneity,
thousands of people
at the same time.
we spend hours and hours,
We will, of course,
automatiser ce
processus, mais
pas l'intégralité
du processus. Il
y a des étapes
où l'humain est
clé et le restera.
Prenez l'exemple ici, par
exemple, d'une
assurance expirée.
Il faut qu'un
humain le détecte,
l'analyse, l
'escalade et le clôt.
Ce sont des éléments,
des moments humains
qu'on va garder
dans tous les cas.
À l'inverse, il y a
des étapes en bleu,
complètement
répétitives, sans aucune
valeur ajoutée.
Ce sont les étapes
que l'on va confier,
bien sûr, à l'IA.
if you hear me, can
you take the photo
of this process that
you have on your
PC and upload it in
Salesforce, please?
AgentForce will
analyze the photo,
the traiter and
the decomposer.
We'll come back
just a little later.
Before we do that,
I have a small
idea for those
in the room who
work in a
regulatory industry.
I have a small
idea of what
you are saying
at the moment.
C'est bien mignon,
là, tu as des mots,
mais moi j'ai un
régulateur sur le dos.
Je dois rendre des
comptes à une équipe
conformité. Je ne
vais pas confier
un processus à une
IA, croiser les doigts
et espérer que
tout se passe bien.
Eh bien, vous avez
entièrement raison.
On avait cela en
tête lorsqu'on a
construit Adjoint
Force Opérations.
En effet, chacune des
étapes du processus
est tracée, loguée,
historisée et peut
être analysée par votre
équipe conformité.
Et ça fonctionne même
pour des environnements
isolés du réseau
global. So this
is the force of Agent
Force Opérations,
to collaborate
humans with agents to
accelerate the process
of your enterprise.
what you see
at the screen.
You see Agent
Force Opérations,
How Agent Force
Opérations does this?
It's because
it exploits the
fundamental notion
of context. The
context is what?
These are all the data
that will be used
by the agent,
all the data that are
already used by Dell
on the business
applications
on the
collaboration tools,
on the emails,
on the documents.
Agent Force
Operations does
not want to
read a process,
It's kind of unfair,
you don't know? We
took a whiteboard, and
in a few minutes, we
see a process take
life under our eyes.
And what I find even
more about it is
that if you look
well at the screen,
there are some steps that
were not on the
tableau blanc.
It's because Adjunforce
Opération has
been trained on many
models of processes,
Let's take an
example of Dell.
Adjunforce knows what
it is to maintain
distance on the
equipment informatics.
So what does
compliance mean in this
sense? He knows
what is security
when you operate
teams on the ground
with materials
at high-tension.
Again, he uses
all his knowledge
to accelerate
your processes.
So, in a few clicks,
in a few moments,
you will have a
process at the
disposal of your
teams ready to be
used and onboarded
by the staff.
Just interested
in what happens
for those who
live this process
daily. It is true
that at Dell,
the responsables
of the onboarding
have a preferred
tool, it is
Slack. And I swear,
it is mine too.
Well, they don't
need to form a new
tool or connect to
a additional tool.
directly from Slack,
I can launch the
onboarding of a customer
in discussing with
my new colleague, my
agent of onboarding.
process. non
-prénom email,
Tout en restant
dans Slack,
j'accède également
à l'historique
de mes onboardings
précédents.
Je peux continuer
à poser des
questions à mon
collègue agent.
Par exemple, donne-moi le
statut d'un
onboarding passé.
Tout se fait hyper
facilement dans l
'outil que j'affectionne
au quotidien.
Et justement,
dans cet outil, je
reçois une notification
de mon manager.
Il me demande d
'ajouter une étape
supplémentaire dans
ce processus. Il
souhaite en fait que
chacun des contrats
soit validé par un
humain, un bon vieil
humain, ou peut-être
un jeune humain,
je ne sais pas, de
l'équipe juridique.
parce qu'avant, ça leur
a voulu dire quoi ?
Ça leur a voulu dire
éteindre le workflow,
en reconstruire
un nouveau,
repartir dans des
tests, en clair, pendant
plusieurs heures,
avoir un processus
indisponible pour
les équipes terrain.
Rémi, est-ce que tu
peux I want to show
you how to modify this
step. In a few clicks,
I don't assign this
task to an agent,
but to a human of
the legal team.
In a click, the
process starts
and starts to
embark on the offer.
but Slack is also
available on the
mobile, for the
teams on the ground.
And it's also
there where the
legal team
works. juridique.
Mais côté juridique,
ils ont une religion,
pas Slack, c'est
Teams. Et ça, on le
respecte. Ainsi, sur
leur mobile, ils vont
pouvoir accepter directement,
dans l'environnement
préféré, à ce
contrat, l'examiner,
le valider et faire
avancer le processus.
Dernière étape et
pas des moindres,
le contrat va
être validé par le
prestataire lui-même.
Il va le recevoir
automatiquement
dans sa boîte Gmail.
Mais bien entendu,
dans ce processus,
aucun humain n'a
envoyé un document.
Ce serait une perte
de temps. Tout a été
automatisé directement
par AgentForce
Opérations. C'est ça
de l'orchestration
de processus moderne.
Le bon message, la
bonne étape auprès
de la bonne équipe.
Ainsi, les entreprises
qui utilisent
AgentForce Opérations,
comme Dell,
gagnent jusqu'à 30
heures par équipe
et par semaine.
Vous imaginez ?
So that's the force
of Headless 360,
all the tools and
all the processes.
So, your business
will be the
speed that the
business deserves.
Thank you for
your attention.
Emily, I'll
pass your hand.
We saw three
cases in retail,
in health,
with Dell. on a
vu du B2C, on
a vu du B2B,
vous verrez pendant
la journée une
quarantaine de partenaires
qui seront présents,
on a une Agentic
City et plus de 100
sessions. La journée
est donc intense.
Parce que oui, l
'entreprise Agentic est
une réalité et on
a envie de vous le
prouver de manière
extrêmement concrète.
Mais pour le faire,
ce n'est pas magique.
Parce qu'en
fait, oui, il y a
un travail et une
co-construction
que l'on doit
faire ensemble.
Salesforce, c'est
85 000 employés
au niveau mondial,
with the teams
who are strong
from a point of
view technological
and engineers,
disposal and
at your side.
And I'm going to ask
you something, I'm going
to pass my email emily
.sidikian.salesforce
.com No problem, you
can write me. If you
receive today a team
Salesforce team who makes
a slide, or who makes
a video of a film,
without connecting
your data, and showing
you the power of
hitting that we have,
you can write me. And
it's me who comes.
I'm going to
engage today,
because the day
is not finished.
Effectivement,
we will have,
just after the end
of this keynote,
a round table
of high level.
We will have, in a
half hour, with us,
who was the founder
of research at
Meta and who is
the co-founders
of AmiLab, president
of Yann Lequin.
We will have
Barbara Lavernos,
qui est la députée CEO
du groupe L'Oréal en
charge de la recherche
et de l'innovation.
Et on aura Sylvain
Duranton, qui est le
grand patron de la
branche tech de BCG
avec BCGX. Et on
parlera des nouvelles
frontières de l'entreprise
à l'heure de l'IRA.
On prendra de la
hauteur par rapport à
Salesforce et on aura
un débat de fond.
Donc je vous demanderai
à ce moment-là,
soit de rester dans
la Sales si vous
voulez garder votre
siège pour ne pas être
éjecté, or to go
quickly and take a
coffee and come back.
But before you leave,
I would like to
remind Parker Harris.
Parker, today you
are a bit of the
Jean-Jacques
Goldman of the Tech.
You know Jean
-Jacques Goldman?
-Jacques Goldman,
for sure.
a little teaser
in saying,
figure-toi, there is
a big concert that
comes, it's the
one of Celine Dion.
Oh, Celine Dion! You know
He loves Céline Dion too.
So we have the
great pleasure
great lucky
people who will
go to Céline
Dion in October.
Please, look
under your chair.
who doesn't look
enough under the chair.
We have a great
winner or a winner.
go to this concert, then.
I don't know where it is.
good to you. You
will have the
opportunity to go
see Céline Dion.
Parker, you know
dance. It's okay.
Thank you for being
with us for this
beautiful keynote.
Thank you. And we'll
see you again for
the round table.
