Integration Overview

The Digioh SFCC cartridge is designed for Commerce Cloud API version 18.1 or higher, based on SFRA. The integration setup requires importing a system objects meta file, adding a Javascript snippet into an ISML file, and setting custom preferences (including your Digioh vendor key). Digioh can also be easily integrated with any other ESPs (including Salesforce marketing cloud data extensions and lists) or marketing tools. With the SFCC integration, Digioh can read cart values, trigger back-in-stock notifications, trigger cart and browse abandonment email follow-ups, exit intent lightboxes for mobile and desktop, and much more.
