Integration Overview

This cartridge enables the real-time bidirectional synchronization of Salesforce Commerce Cloud with the GLOVIA Order Management System, and integration with the Salesforce Clouds such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Integration with legacy back office systems is also enabled leading to full business operations visibility.

GLOVIA OM provides an omnichannel order orchestration hub enabling CRM, loyalty and campaign management, maintenance of pricing, promotions and coupons, order orchestration and fulfillment, inventory management with full inventory visibility across all channels, processing of returns & credits, work orders and purchase orders management, and access to real time analytics. It also integrates order routing intelligence enabling multiple fulfillment options leading to improved customer satisfaction and optimized operations and costs.
