NewStore

NewStore is the leading omnichannel store solution combining mobile POS, omnichannel management, inventory and native clienteling. Integration Overview

The NewStore Salesforce B2C cartridge is a pre-built integration between your Commerce Cloud storefront and NewStore. This out-of-the-box connector simplifies implementation, operations, and support so you can deliver a unified customer experience across your digital and physical channels.

Specifically, the cartridge enables retailers to surface real-time ATP data to their B2C storefronts. This not only drives omnichannel customer experiences such as store pickup (BOPIS), but it also offers overselling protection across the enterprise. The BOPIS option is possible via a plugin to your storefront reference architecture (SFRA). It presents pickup options on the checkout page based on inventory availability and the customer's location. A second plugin is used for shipping, leveraging NewStore routing logic to surface delivery options based on the customer's cart.

Additionally, retailers can publish their Commerce Cloud B2C product catalogs and price books to NewStore. This rich merchandising data is made available at the store level on the NewStore Associate App. Store associates can filter, sort and search exactly as they would on your ecommerce site, offering each shopper an ecommerce-like experience that's high-touch and truly personalized.
