Integration Overview

Using the Poq platform, retailers retain full creative control of their apps, whilst inventory and orders are seamlessly integrated with the Salesforce Commerce Cloud. We work with leading technology providers, so retailers benefit from best-of-breed partners: from real-time enterprise-grade API integrations to geo-location and loyalty. Continuous software improvements ensure that apps always work seamlessly, while quarterly releases ensure that integration, reporting, and performance are always cutting-edge.

Integration Features

  • Merchandising: Using a flexible and dynamic merchandising integration, app users are provided with real-time updates of stock availability and price.
  • Loyalty: Support for loyalty registration, login, status displays, and a digital loyalty card for in store use (available offline).
  • My Account: Support for login (with persistence), registration, address book, account details, and order history.
  • Checkout: Native mobile checkout and payment provider integrations, such as Apple Pay.
  • Promotions: Display promotional labels for specific items across key screens. Supports multi-buy, gift with purchases, and gift wrapping.
  • Recommendations: Provide users with a carousel of recommended products on the Product Details Page and/or Cart in either basic or more personalized format using Salesforce's Einstein AI.
  • Store Finder: App users can quickly search for nearby stores, view details, and get directions via an in-app map display.
  • Stock Checker: Extending from the store finder a user can view product stock information in store on the Product Details Page.
  • Omnichannel Marketing: Integrate with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to allow for a connected and multi-touch marketing solution across all ecommerce platforms.
  • Customer Success: Receive full support and best practice advice through our customer success and professional services teams.
