Integration Overview

Smart ORDER REFILL 2.0 is an order replenishment cartridge for Salesforce Commerce Cloud that allows customers to create a subscription for their recurring purchases at self-selected frequencies. It makes it easy for ecommerce merchants to control their back-end business systems, optimize inventory levels, better control stock-at-hand, avoid cash-flow issues, secure long-term recurring revenue and ensure sales continuity. Customer groups are automatically generated from a cloud-based solution providing the opportunity to collect data on shoppers that can be used to create dedicated online marketing campaigns and offer promotions, discounts, free shipping, and product samples. Make sure your customers never run out of stock while you capitalize on recurring orders and use customer data to optimize your distribution networks and obtain a unified commerce system. Improve customer satisfaction and customer relationships and increase the customer retention rate through relationship commerce that supports the shopping journey. In addition to the out of the box features, this cartridge can be further enhanced and customized, upon request, to fit your business specific requirements.

Integration Features

  • Activate/deactivate each product’s order refill option using a custom field in Business Manager.
  • Multiple order refill intervals can be set up and vary from one month up to one year.
  • Provide automatic renewal of subscriptions after one year.
  • Create dynamic customers group to offer customers with replenished orders special promotions.
  • Activate free shipping and sending of free samples for customers with replenished orders.
  • Empower customers to change recurring orders and their frequencies from their accounts in “Manage Smart ORDER REFILL” dashboard.
  • Allow customers to cancel all recurrent orders or cancel a particular order, view order's details in a pop-up.
  • Receive notifications when recurring product is out of stock and communicate this to your customers.
  • Enable Commitment Subscriptions to minimizes the risk of canceled subscriptions. The timeframe for the commitment is customizable in Business Manager.
  • Use the reporting dashboard, made available in Business Manager by Smart ORDER REFILL 2.0, to search and manage all subscription orders and view details about each one including the products in the order, order status, beginning and end date, and the recurrence interval.
