Integration Overview

The Tulip Retail Platform is a SaaS product that runs in a fully managed private cloud instance. The platform collects, organizes, augments and synchronizes data between disperse client systems and its own database to make the data accessible to end users through a mobile application. It provides core application services for managing retail information and developing business logic and applications. Tulip Retail platform is composed of the Commerce Engine, Database, Development Tools, Integration Hub, and Mobile Application Framework for Apple’s iOS operating system. The Integration Hub is designed for two-way real-time and asynchronous integration with retail systems, including eCommerce, CRM, POS, ERP, Merchandising, Inventory, and Warehouse systems.   

The Tulip Retail Platform has standardized connectors and cartridges that integrates with Salesforce, and enables a store associate to access product and customer data for clienteling, endless aisle, and marketing communication. Tulip integrates across Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud platforms to deliver a complete omnichannel solution for retailers.
