ZigZag Global is a software solution to help ecommerce retailers manage returns domestically and globally.

The ZigZag platform connects major retailers to a global network of over 220 warehouses to over 100 carrier services and 26 marketplaces in over 130 countries - all from a single integration.

ZigZag uses the most cost effective and efficient route to retailers bring back returns via consolidation.
We work with major retailers and brands including Topshop; Selfridges; Gap; Everlane; Sport Pursuit; Soletrader and others. 

ZigZag's mission is to help retailers become more sustainable whilst cutting costs and improving the speed of customer refunds by getting stock back in the supply chain more quickly. Retailers working with ZigZag have seen a reduction in customer service enquiries of up to 40%; reduced the cost of returns by an average of 57% and helped cut delivery airmiles by up to 2/3.

Integration Overview

ZigZag Global's Salesforce Commerce Cloud extension connects your Salesforce store with the ZigZag portal to ease the process of returns. 

Without the need of any third party API, this app allows Salesforce retailers to import an order feed directly into the ZigZag system and benefit from the full returns functionality.

Integration is extremely simple and takes under 1 hour to complete. Our expert support team are here to guide you through the process of installing the cartridge.

After successful configuration, and if extension is enabled, all completed retailer orders will be posted to the ZigZag portal in real-time.
