AI features like search, translations or Enterprise Search require a Business+ or Enterprise+ plan. Salesforce Pro Suite or higher Salesforce license gets Slackbot with any Slack plan, when their Slack is connected with their Salesforce org.
Advanced security and admin controls and full data exports are available on Business+ and Enterprise+, while audit logs, DLP are available on Enterprise+.
