Global Customer Growth and Innovation Evangelist, Salesforce

Tiffani Bova is the Global Customer Growth and Innovation Evangelist at Salesforce. Over the past two decades, she has led large revenue-producing divisions at businesses ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500. She spent ten years at Gartner, the world’s leading IT research and advisory firm as a distinguished analyst and research fellow. 

She is a Wall Street Journal bestselling author of Growth IQ: Get Smarter About the Choices that Will Make or Break Your Business. Tiffani has appeared on MSNBC and Yahoo Finance and is a regular contributor to Forbes, Harvard Business Review, and Huffington Post. She is a top influencer in Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, the Future of Work, and Sales, and she was recently recognized as one of Inc.

Tiffani will be guiding us through a new framework for business leaders looking to pursue growth. She will show ten simple—but easily misunderstood—growth paths, how to get a handle on their particular business context, and the right combination and sequence of growth paths to take them into the future.

 

Daljit Bamford

Chief Customer Officer at Salesforce

As Chief Customer Officer, UKI at Salesforce, Daljit is focused on building out a new engagement model for the CXO’s of today. It is the how, the why and the when of Executive engagement that keeps Daljit awake at night. Why? Because as Boards steer their companies through the Fourth Industrial Revolution; Trust, Customer Success, Innovation and Equality are increasingly becoming the cornerstones and values driving all organizations as they evolve. Increasingly, they are turning to Salesforce to understand how they can leverage not only the technology, but how Salesforce can help them make the critical, cultural step changes required to thrive in this new era.

Prior to this, Daljit was UKI Platform Director, leading the region’s sales and strategy. She has worked in the technology sector for 16 years, helping companies think differently about how they apply technology to connect and engage with their customers.

She is an experienced keynote speaker and an ally for equality in the industry and focuses on spending time mentoring talent from diverse backgrounds.

 

Kjell A. Nordström

Internationally renowned revolutionary business guru, Co-author of international best-sellers: ‘Funky Business – Talent makes Capital Dance’, ‘Karaoke Capitalism’ and ‘Urban Express’

Dr Kjell A. Nordström is the interpreter of the new business world. His dynamic style has made him a highly appreciated speaker, and he has given keynote presentations in over 100 countries. The Global Gurus Top 30 Management ranking put him at number 22 worldwide and among the top 5 in Europe.

He suggests that our time is unique. We are probably at the beginning – not even the middle – of the fastest business model transformation since the 1850s.

Dr Nordström has 25 years’ experience working with multinational companies and has served as an adviser and consultant to several large multinationals around the world. He holds a doctoral degree in International Business from the Stockholm School of Economics. His research and consulting focus on the areas of corporate strategy, multinational corporations and globalization.

Kjell Nordström has published four books and numerous articles on the internationalization process of firms. His book Funky Business (co-authored with Jonas Ridderstråle) sold more than 300,000 copies and has been featured on CNN and CNBC, as well as in numerous magazines and newspapers.

His latest book Urban Express, co-authored with Per Schlingmann, tells a story about a silent revolution, spearheaded by cities and women. The authors see multinational corporations being transformed into multi-urban corporations. They see ‘urban’ becoming the new black with mayors becoming the prime ministers of our era.
