Dessa verktyg kan kombinera flera AI-tekniker och l\u00f6sa komplexa uppgifter i flera steg.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finanssektorn \u00e4r enligt experterna en av de branscher d\u00e4r agenterna f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas f\u00e5 st\u00f6rst genomslag, exempelvis med smidigare betalningar, h\u00f6gre s\u00e4kerhet och b\u00e4ttre kundservice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samtidigt har kundernas f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar skruvats upp. En ny global rapport fr\u00e5n Salesforce, baserad p\u00e5 9 500 respondenter, d\u00e4ribland Sverige och grannl\u00e4nderna i Norden, visar att varannan tror att AI-agenter kommer att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra finansiella tj\u00e4nster. I Norden delar 41 procent den uppfattningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Att uppt\u00e4cka bedr\u00e4gerier, \u00f6ka transaktionss\u00e4kerheten och korta handl\u00e4ggningstider \u2013 \u00e4r f\u00f6rdelarna som nordiska respondenter fr\u00e4mst ser med tekniken. Unders\u00f6kningen visar ocks\u00e5 att 46 procent av de tillfr\u00e5gade skulle stanna som kunder om servicen \u00e4r bra, \u00e4ven om priserna h\u00f6js.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samtidigt \u00e4r finanssektorn f\u00f6rsiktig och befinner sig fortfarande i ett tidigt skede av AI-utvecklingen. Det visar en nyligen publicerad rapport fr\u00e5n Finansinspektionen (FI), &#8217;AI i den svenska finanssektorn&#8217;, d\u00e4r 278 svenska bank- och f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringsf\u00f6retag deltog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Endast 22 procent har system i drift eller under utveckling i sin IT-milj\u00f6, medan 46 procent fortfarande testar tekniken i pilotprojekt och experiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ytterligare 32 procent anv\u00e4nder inte AI och har inga planer p\u00e5 att g\u00f6ra det inom det kommande \u00e5ret. Av dessa anser 69 procent att AI inte \u00e4r en prioritet. M\u00e5nga ser inga tydliga anv\u00e4ndningsomr\u00e5den och har sv\u00e5rt att bed\u00f6ma kostnaden i f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till nyttan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dan Bjurman, Nordenchef p\u00e5 Salesforce, menar att man inte ska dra f\u00f6r stora v\u00e4xlar p\u00e5 studierna. D\u00e4remot kan de ge en fingervisning om vad som st\u00e5r p\u00e5 spel f\u00f6r de akt\u00f6rer som inte h\u00e4nger med i teknikskiftet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kundlojaliteten kan p\u00e5verkas om f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningarna inte m\u00f6ts med b\u00e4ttre och smidigare tj\u00e4nster, s\u00e4ger Dan Bjurman, Nordenchef p\u00e5 Salesforce.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vidare visar FI-rapporten att bristande datakvalitet och utmaningar med dataskydd \u00e4r tv\u00e5 av de st\u00f6rsta hindren f\u00f6r AI-implementering inom finanssektorn. Regelverken upplevs d\u00e4remot som en mindre utmaning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Datakvalitet och dataskydd \u00e4r aff\u00e4rskritiska f\u00f6r finanssektorn. F\u00f6r att maximera v\u00e4rdet av befintlig data kr\u00e4vs effektiva verktyg som kan samla in, harmonisera och analysera informationen p\u00e5 ett strukturerat och s\u00e4kert s\u00e4tt, s\u00e4ger han.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Han menar att de som lyckas integrera agentteknik i sina befintliga system och hantera sin kunddata tryggt kommer att ha ett f\u00f6rspr\u00e5ng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Agenteknik passar finanssektorn v\u00e4l, bland annat eftersom den kan hantera stora datam\u00e4ngder i realtid och st\u00f6dja analys och beslut, s\u00e4ger Dan Bjurman och forts\u00e4tter:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anv\u00e4nds tekniken r\u00e4tt kan den m\u00f6ta kundernas f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar och st\u00e4rka f\u00f6retagens konkurrenskraft.
