Det visar Salesforce <\/strong><strong>Connected Shoppers Report<\/strong><strong>, i en f\u00e4rsk global studie med 8 350 konsumenter och 1 700 beslutsfattare inom detaljhandeln fr\u00e5n 21 l\u00e4nder, d\u00e4r Sverige och \u00f6vriga Norden ing\u00e5r.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6ver h\u00e4lften av dagens konsumenter (53 procent) svarar att de uppt\u00e4cker produkter de vill k\u00f6pa via sociala medier, en \u00f6kning med 15 procent fr\u00e5n samma unders\u00f6kning 2023. Bland unga \u00e4r utvecklingen \u00e4nnu mer p\u00e5taglig.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r generation Z \u2013 unga f\u00f6dda mellan mitten av 1990-talet och b\u00f6rjan p\u00e5 2010-talet har sociala medier blivit det vanligaste s\u00e4ttet att uppt\u00e4cka nya produkter p\u00e5. Tre av fyra (76 procent) av generation Z anv\u00e4nder sociala plattformar till att uppt\u00e4cka produkter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I Norden \u00e4r YouTube den viktigaste kanalen, f\u00f6ljt av Instagram, Facebook och TikTok. TikTok sticker ut bland de yngsta d\u00e4r fyra av tio unga anv\u00e4nder plattformen f\u00f6r att hitta produkter, j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med bara fyra procent av den \u00e4ldre generationen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00f6pet sker ocks\u00e5 allt oftare direkt p\u00e5 sociala medie-plattformarna d\u00e4r fyra av tio i Generation Z har handlat via sociala medier utan att l\u00e4mna plattformen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Generation Z ber\u00e4knas st\u00e5 f\u00f6r upp till 9 000 miljarder dollar i global k\u00f6pkraft till \u00e5r 2034.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>Gen Z shoppar inte som tidigare generationer.
