Tekniken b\u00f6rjar forma b\u00e5de hur organisationer fungerar och hur vi ser p\u00e5 arbete. Systemen bygger p\u00e5 avancerade AI-modeller som kan resonera, fatta beslut och anv\u00e4nda andra verktyg f\u00f6r att l\u00f6sa uppgifter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salesforce, som var pionj\u00e4rer p\u00e5 omr\u00e5det, har tidigare lanserat AI-agenter f\u00f6r kundtj\u00e4nst, f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning och marknadsf\u00f6ring. Nu riktar f\u00f6retaget tekniken mot HR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Med AI-agenter inbyggda i samarbetsverktyg som Slack, kan anst\u00e4llda st\u00e4lla fr\u00e5gor direkt i programmet om exempelvis ledighet, utl\u00e4gg eller anst\u00e4llningsvillkor, och f\u00e5 svar utan att beh\u00f6va kontakta HR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medarbetaren skriver sin fr\u00e5ga, och AI-agenten h\u00e4mtar svaren direkt fr\u00e5n f\u00f6retagets policydokument, HR-system och andra interna datak\u00e4llor. Den kan hantera utl\u00e4gg, ledighetsans\u00f6kningar eller hitta fel i l\u00f6nespecifikationer, s\u00e5dant HR annars f\u00e5r ta hand om.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kan till exempel be om dina tolv senaste l\u00f6nespecar i en pdf, kolla semestersaldo, eller l\u00e5ta agenten skapa ett utl\u00e4ggs\u00e4rende fr\u00e5n kvitton efter en aff\u00e4rsresa. Agenten f\u00f6rst\u00e5r fr\u00e5gan och l\u00f6ser uppgiften helt utan m\u00e4nsklig inblandning, utifr\u00e5n ett uppsatt ramverk, ber\u00e4ttar Lucas Fernstr\u00f6m.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mer komplexa fr\u00e5gor, som kr\u00e4ver m\u00e4nsklig bed\u00f6mning, skickar agenten vidare till HR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om det \u00e4r n\u00e5got mer personligt, som en sjukskrivning, f\u00e5ngar agenten upp det och skickar vidare till HR. Resultatet visar att 96 procent av fr\u00e5gorna kunde besvaras automatiskt utan att HR-personal beh\u00f6vde ingripa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bolaget menar att agenterna st\u00e4rker medarbetarnas engagemang och ger HR mer tid f\u00f6r strategiskt arbete. De ser det ocks\u00e5 som ett naturligt steg mot ett nytt arbetss\u00e4tt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi kallar dem digitala kollegor. Jag tror att det \u00e4r s\u00e5 de flesta arbetsplatser kommer att se ut fram\u00f6ver, en hybrid arbetskraft, d\u00e4r m\u00e4nniskor och AI jobbar ihop, s\u00e4ger Lucas Fernstr\u00f6m.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ny global unders\u00f6kning fr\u00e5n Salesforce, i samarbete med analysf\u00f6retaget NewtonX, st\u00e4rker den bilden. Studien bygger p\u00e5 svar fr\u00e5n 200 HR-chefer och personalansvariga, d\u00e4ribland respondenter fr\u00e5n Sverige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fyra av fem i unders\u00f6kningen tror att AI-agenter blir en naturlig del av arbetsstyrkan inom n\u00e5gra \u00e5r. Och 86 procent av de tillfr\u00e5gade HR-cheferna anser att integrationen av AI-agenter blir en viktig del av arbetet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samtidigt r\u00e4knar respondenterna med en fyrdubbling av anv\u00e4ndningen, med 30 procent h\u00f6gre produktivitet per anst\u00e4lld och 19 procents l\u00e4gre personalkostnader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enligt Lucas Fernstr\u00f6m kommer vi inte att kunna v\u00e4lja bort AI-agenter p\u00e5 framtidens arbetsplatser. Det st\u00e4ller i sin tur nya kompetenskrav p\u00e5 personalen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r att lyckas i en arbetsmilj\u00f6 d\u00e4r agenter ing\u00e5r i teamet kr\u00e4vs b\u00e5de teknisk kunskap och mjuka f\u00e4rdigheter, som anpassningsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga och emotionell intelligens. Anst\u00e4llda beh\u00f6ver ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6rst\u00e5 hur AI fungerar och kunna anv\u00e4nda agenterna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agenterna kommer f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra m\u00e5nga arbetsplatser.
