Salesforce Customer Success Awards FAQ
The Salesforce Customer Success Awards celebrate customers using Agentforce to drive meaningful business impact and transform the way they work. We recognize organizations turning innovation into measurable results at scale.
To be eligible, a company must meet the following criteria:
- Live in Production: Must have at least one active agent live on Agentforce with a go-live date between September 17, 2024, and August 15, 2026.
- Measurable Results: Must be able to provide tangible metrics and specific ROI.
- Open to Co-Marketing: Must be willing to share their story publicly and attend Dreamforce 2026.
Submissions are scored on a 30-point scale across three specific areas:
- Criticality: The complexity and importance of the business challenge addressed.
- Innovation: The depth of AI and Multi-cloud integration.
- Measurable Outcomes: Clear evidence of business impact.
A panel of Executive Judges selects the final four winners based on these scores. If you do not have quantifiable results yet, we recommend waiting for next year’s award cycle.

The 2026 nomination period runs from April 1, 2026, through June 30, 2026. To ensure all entries meet the technical and business criteria, the process works as follows:
- For Customers: While you cannot self-nominate directly, we want to hear your story! Please reach out to your Salesforce Account Executive or Customer Success Manager, who will complete the nomination on your behalf.
- For Partners: If you have a successful Agentforce implementation to highlight, please coordinate with your Salesforce account team to submit the entry.
All winners will be notified by August 1, 2026, ahead of the celebration at Dreamforce.
