Arriving at and Leaving TDX

  • I’m on my way to TDX. The event runs over two days from April 15–16, 2026.
  • I should arrive around 8:00 a.m. PT so I can check into the event and start my day.
  • The event finishes at 5:00 p.m. PT.
  • The event is at Moscone West. The address is 800 Howard Street, San Francisco, 94103. The convention center is at the corner of Fourth & Howard Streets.
  • To leave, I will make my way to Howard Street, where there is signage to help direct me to the transportation and rideshare pickup areas.

Coming to TDX

I’m arriving by public transit.

To reach Moscone West, I can take the BART or MUNI Metro to Powell Station. To reach Moscone North or South, I can take the BART or MUNI Metro Metro to Montgomery Station.

I can also take the bus to the Mission Street and 3rd Street stop. From there, I will head northeast on Mission Street toward 3rd Street, right onto 3rd Street, and another right onto Howard Street.

I’m traveling in a taxi or rideshare, or being dropped off.

The Howard Street entrance (at 4th Street) is the best pickup/drop-off point for Moscone West.

Personal cars, including ridesharing services such as Uber and Lyft, are not allowed on Market Street but are permitted on nearby side streets.

I’m driving my personal car.

I can find an assortment of parking options near Moscone to park my vehicle.

This webpage will allow me to book parking in advance so I can snag a parking spot nearby.

I have arrived at the TDX campus. This is what I can expect at TDX.

When I arrive at the venue, I will need to go through the security scanning process. This may include weapons detection screening and bag checks. Small and large suitcases are not permitted into the event, but I can use coat check facilities to store these if I need. The coat check is located next to the badge pickup area and is free of charge for all attendees.

I will go to the main badge pickup area in Moscone West on Level 1. After clearing security, I will make my way to the check-in desk. I will pull up my digital pass from my email to help me check in faster and collect my badge. If I need an accessible badge pickup line, I can go to the low-height counter to register or ask any ambassador for help.

Staffers at the Disability Help Desk are available at the badge pickup area on Level 1 if I need more help.

I can find accessibility provisions throughout TDX to make my journey more comfortable, including English captions, charging stations, and sighted escorts.

I can find detailed information in the Accessibility tile in the mobile app, which can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play (login required).

The keynote is on Level 3 of Moscone West. I can get there by escalator and elevator.

There may be a long line before the doors open, so I should arrive at least 30 minutes before the keynote starts. If I need an accessible entrance to the keynote, I can ask the security team at the hall doors to allow me through the accessible entrance.

Accessible seating is available to me and for anyone who requires it. All sessions, ranging from keynotes to theaters, will have several seats or even rows reserved for anyone needing seating accommodations. Any ambassador can help me find the accessible seating.

If I need assistance with seating in breakout sessions, I can ask the staffers at the Disability Help Desk.

I want to get the most out of TDX.

I can find the key areas on Levels 1–3.

Level 1: Registration, First Aid, and Disability Help Desk, Meal Room, Platform Park, Agentforce Vibes, Architect Vista

Level 2: Agentforce City, Camp Trailhead, Mini Hacks, Circles of Success, Workshops and Breakouts, Hands-on Trainings, Photo Opportunity, and Celebration

Level 3: Main keynote and luminary sessions, Community Cove and Meet-up

I can get lunch and beverages in Moscone West from 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. each day. All meals will have a variety of salads, bowls, and sandwiches with a mix of vegetarian/vegan and chicken/turkey offerings.

There will be water stations conveniently located throughout Moscone for refills at any time on Levels 1–3.

I can find an accessible restroom on every level. There is signage to help with wayfinding, and I can also ask any ambassador where the closest restroom is.

I can find areas of rest strategically placed around the venue. Sessions will have priority seating for individuals with disabilities and medical conditions, which will be indicated on the signage.

If it is too loud or I need some quiet time, I can head to the Quiet Zone. I can use this quiet zone to engage in mindfulness and decompress.

The Quiet Zones are on Level 1 just to the right of the Registration. The Quiet Zones are staffed with ambassadors if I need more support.

I can ask any ambassador across campus or visit the Disability Help Desk on Level 1 near the badge pickup area.

If I need support with finding the accessibility provisions, I can ask the staffers at the Disability Help Desk in the Moscone West Level 1 lobby during badge pickup hours.

The Disability Help Desk is staffed to support guests with visible and invisible disabilities and existing medical conditions.
