Ashwin Gadhave is a Trailblazer

Ashwin Gadhave has spent his career thinking about what it means to truly serve people with technology - not just build systems, but build experiences. As Tech Lead for Lennar's Salesforce team, he sits at the intersection of one of America's largest homebuilding companies and the thousands of families navigating the most significant purchase of their lives. When Agentforce launched and Lennar was selected as a beta partner for Agentforce Voice - Ashwin didn't wait for a roadmap. He helped write one.

Being an early Agentforce Voice beta partner meant there wasn't a proven path to follow. Ashwin and his team learned by building, testing, and refining alongside the product itself, discovering what worked and helping shape what came next.

Driven by a vision of truly empathetic service, Ashwin Gadhave spearheaded the development of an autonomous agent designed to navigate the complexities of homeowner care with human-like intuition. He led his team to build a solution that doesn't just process data but actively understands urgency and sentiment, distinguishing a critical emergency from a routine inquiry. Under Ashwin's leadership, the agent is empowered to take decisive action - troubleshooting issues, creating work orders, and scheduling service appointments via Field Service-all within a single, fluid conversation. Ashwin credits the agent's reliability to something deceptively simple: writing clear instructions, not just at the topic level but at the action level too.
