The Keeper of the Knowledge
After spending eight years as an educator, Brittany Argall joined AWS's Salesforce team to lead business operations for one of the world's largest Salesforce implementations, supporting more than 70,000 sellers. She quickly became the go-to person for institutional knowledge. While the information existed in Salesforce, employees often struggled to find the answers they needed, revealing an opportunity to make knowledge more accessible.
When Agentforce launched, Brittany initially questioned whether building an agent was something she could do. Without a technical background, it felt intimidating. Instead of letting that hold her back, she started working through Agentblazer Status on Trailhead, applying each concept in her own org as she learned it. That hands-on approach helped her build confidence quickly.
Within about 40 hours, Brittany had her first agent live in production. Less than 30 days later, she had earned Agentblazer Legend status.
Anyone can build an agent. If you're not sure where to start, Trailhead is the best place to begin. It's free, hands-on, and guides you step by step from learning the basics to building something real.

Meet the AFX Help Agent
Brittany put that learning into practice by building the AFX Help Agent, an employee support agent designed to help users quickly find answers and navigate internal knowledge.
The impact was immediate. Questions that once took hours to answer could now be resolved in under 20 seconds, giving employees faster access to the information they needed while reducing the burden on support teams.
Around the same time, Brittany stepped into a new role in Amazon's Salesforce Center of Excellence, where she now leads security enablement and supports builders across more than 200 production orgs in Amazon's Salesforce ecosystem
Building a Movement at Amazon
Brittany's success didn't stop with her own agent. She launched an internal Agentblazer Challenge for AWS's builder community, encouraging colleagues to earn Agentblazer Legend status. She expected only a handful of participants to complete the challenge, but within 60 days, 20 builders had achieved Legend status.
Those new Agentblazer Legends are now building agents of their own—helping more than 70,000 sellers find answers faster, reduce support case volume, and expand the use of Agentforce across Amazon's Salesforce ecosystem.
