Marciana Davis is a Trailblazer with an unwavering determination to keep reaching new heights in the Salesforce ecosystem. Despite facing financial challenges and navigating non-traditional routes, Marciana's passion for coding and her innate love for data has led her to a successful Salesforce career.

Running out of college financial aid, Marciana began searching for alternative education opportunities. She discovered PepUp Tech, and quickly found a supportive community and a platform to learn new skills. Embracing PepUp Tech’s bootcamp experience, Marciana attended multiple sessions and drew inspiration from seeing fellow Trailblazers succeed and teach others. Through the network provided by PepUp Tech, Marciana secured her first jobs in the tech industry as a QA analyst and then transitioning to a Salesforce Administrator. These opportunities not only allowed her to apply her skills, but also exposed her to the real-world applications of Salesforce technologies.

Marciana actively pursued career development with RAD Women, a program that empowers women to become Salesforce professionals. Her dedication and hard work paid off when she obtained the Platform Developer 1 Certification, showcasing her expertise and commitment to the Einstein 1 Platform. Putting her skills to work, Marciana became a Salesforce Developer, breaking stereotypes and defying common misconceptions about coding. With her new skills, she passionately shares application details, demonstrating that coding is not a foreign language but a powerful tool for individuals to turn ideas into reality without a traditional developer.

As an experienced Salesforce professional, Marciana offers valuable advice to those starting their own journey. She emphasizes the importance of self-discovery, encouraging individuals to explore what truly motivates and excites them within the Salesforce ecosystem. Whether it's the customer side, consulting, or becoming an AppExchange partner, Marciana reminds aspiring Trailblazers that the possibilities are vast and diverse. Recognizing the significance of community, Marciana has been able to travel and expand her network, connecting with like-minded individuals who share her passion for technology, or just those seeking advice.
