These opportunities not only allowed her to apply her skills, but also exposed her to the real-world applications of Salesforce technologies.
Marciana actively pursued career development with RAD Women, a program that empowers women to become Salesforce professionals. Her dedication and hard work paid off when she obtained the Platform Developer 1 Certification, showcasing her expertise and commitment to the Einstein 1 Platform. Putting her skills to work, Marciana became a Salesforce Developer, breaking stereotypes and defying common misconceptions about coding. With her new skills, she passionately shares application details, demonstrating that coding is not a foreign language but a powerful tool for individuals to turn ideas into reality without a traditional developer.
