Todd Halfpenny was working in Telecom IT when his brother, Justin, invited him to join Caddify, a mobile app startup he was setting up. Justin's previous experiences as a Salesforce end user meant that their decision to use Salesforce was a no-brainer. From the beginning, their goal was to provide consumer grade experiences in the enterprise space, and they knew Salesforce was a perfect fit for the scalability and customizations they were aiming for.
Despite having zero knowledge about Salesforce, Todd fearlessly embarked on this new path, immersing himself in learning through books and resources like Trailhead, and the Trailblazer Community. With a vision to provide high value to their customers, with Salesforce, Caddify was able to deliver a top-notch software experience and focus on their own core competencies. The Salesforce ecosystem has allowed Todd to engage in exciting projects with customers, contributing to the company's growth and enhancing customer experiences.
