To register for TrailblazerDX, click the Register button on the top right of this page and select the in-person experience to access TrailblazerDX Registration, where you will need to create an account to register.
This account will give you access to your registration details, recommended sessions, agenda builder, and so much more.
If you’ve created a Salesforce Events account before, use that same email and password in the login box. If needed, click Forgot Password to trigger a reset.
From there, you’ll provide a few additional details, select your hotel and conference pass, and then you’re on your way to experience TrailblazerDX 2024.

TrailblazerDX: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the TrailblazerDX Help Desk. For a full refund of the event registration fees, cancellation notices must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on Friday, February 2, 2024. Cancellation notices received between 12:00 a.m. PT on Saturday, February 3, 2024, and 11:59:59 p.m. PT on Friday, February 16, 2024, will be processed at 50% of the event registration fees. No refunds will be processed for cancellation notices received after 12:00 a.m. PT on Saturday, February 17, 2024. Substitution requests will be processed free of charge if submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on Friday, February 16, 2024. Substitution requests after this date are subject to a USD$100 transaction fee. Everyone who successfully registers for a Full Conference pass and joins us at TrailblazerDX from March 6–7, 2024, in San Francisco will receive one free exam certification voucher for our selected exams, valued at up to $200.

Vouchers redeemable on select Salesforce certification exams are listed below. Vouchers expire on September 13, 2024. Vouchers can be applied toward any listed Salesforce certification exam registration valued at USD $200 or less. You must register for your exam and use the voucher prior to the voucher expiration date. The expiration date for the vouchers cannot be extended for any reason. Vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. No refunds will be provided for exam fees paid prior to receiving the vouchers, on exam fees paid when there was a redeemable voucher, or for unused vouchers. Vouchers are nontransferable, not redeemable for cash, and eligible for use only by the recipient designated by Salesforce. Excludes Salesforce employees, government and public sector officials and employees, vendors, sponsors, investors, analysts, and members of the press.

Keynotes
Latest product innovations and the biggest announcements from Salesforce with live demos, luminaries, and stories of customer success.
Breakouts
A 30–40 minute presentation on a specific product, feature, topic or solution. The longer length allows for a 5–10 minute Q&A portion with the presenters. A Deep Dive breakout = 40–75 minutes to allow for a more focused, in-depth presentation, typically technical in nature.
Theaters
A quick 20-minute introductory and informative session on a specific topic. Can be tips and tricks or a how-to presentation.
Roundtables
Small group discussions on a particular topic. Opportunity to network and discuss common challenges facing the Salesforce community and experts.
Hands-on Workshops
Expert-led trainings to learn a product or skill. Devices may be provided or you can bring your own. Check the session abstract to confirm whether a device will be provided.
Campfires
Connect with community leaders and product experts from the Salesforce, Tableau, MuleSoft, and Slack communities. These 20-minute interactive sessions are entirely community-led and designed to spotlight the skills, learnings, and expertise that can help elevate Trailblazers’ careers across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Bootcamp
TrailblazerDX Bootcamp is the place to build Salesforce expertise and accelerate your path to certification. Experience three full days of expert-led learning, network with other Trailblazers, and uplevel your career. Included in the Bootcamp pass is one certification exam voucher code for use on a certification exam on the last day of Bootcamp or to save and use after the event.

Yes. To ensure the best learning experience possible, we’ve identified some prework for you to complete before you arrive at TrailblazerDX Bootcamp. Navigate to your track here and click on the prework link for your track.
There will be one optional onsite certification exam opportunity at TrailblazerDX Bootcamp. The exam will take place at the same location as training on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, after classes end for the day. Registration for the exam will open once Bootcamp starts, and each attendee will receive an email with an exam registration code and instructions on how to schedule their exam.
If attendees choose to opt out of taking the exam onsite, they will be able to use the same certification exam registration code they received via email during Bootcamp. No, computers are not provided at TrailblazerDX Bootcamp. Attendees will need to bring their own computer with the ability to access an internet browser.

Health & Safety
Salesforce is closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic. In accordance with local state and city guidelines, we are currently not requiring proof of vaccination or implementing a testing protocol for TDX. This is always subject to change.
If you feel sick or show ANY signs or symptoms of COVID-19, please do not attend Dreamforce and other associated meetings or events. We encourage you to monitor your health, and check in with your healthcare provider as needed.
COVID-19 tests, masks, and medications can be found at nearby Target, CVS, and Walgreens locations or by contacting your health professionals.
Accommodations
Yes, Salesforce has reserved hotel blocks around San Francisco. You will have the opportunity to book your room during registration within the hotel section. Inventory is limited, available on a first-come, first-booked basis, and our discounted rates are only available until Friday, February 9, 2024, so book now.
You can make online hotel bookings for TrailblazerDX during the registration process. If you wish to add a hotel at a later date or update your existing reservation information, log in with the email and password used during registration.

If you reserved a room via the TrailblazerDX registration process, cancellations must be made according to the hotel’s cancellation policy (between two weeks and five days before arrival, depending on the hotel). Failure to do so will incur a penalty equal to the cost of one night’s room and tax. Please check the TrailblazerDX Official Hotel List for your hotel’s specific cancellation policy.
Note: All hotels will charge a deposit to the credit card on file before arrival, which will be refunded if you cancel within the specified time.

No. All attendees must register and book their own hotel reservations.
If you don’t check in to your hotel on your scheduled arrival date, the hotel will cancel your entire reservation. The hotel can choose not to reinstate your reservation, even if you arrive the next day. You will also be charged a penalty of the cost of one night’s room and tax, regardless of whether or not the hotel chooses to reinstate your reservation.
No. All hotel reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.
Yes. All hotels require a one-night deposit as a guarantee. The credit card used to make your hotel reservation will be charged the equivalent of one night’s room plus tax after the hotel cutoff date. Please check the TrailblazerDX Official Hotel List for details.
Yes, as long as you are the cardholder for the credit card you present at check-in.
Can I pay the hotel with a card that was provided when I reserved the room, which is not in my name?
If the card used as a guarantee for your hotel reservation is not in your name, that cardholder must be present at check-in. A credit card authorization form can also be set up with the hotel before your arrival. Please contact the hotel directly to obtain a credit card authorization form using the contact information found here.
No. To obtain the discounted TrailblazerDX rates, new reservations and changes must be made through the TrailblazerDX Help Desk or My Info page.
If you would like to arrive before the event but are not seeing those dates as an option, use the check-in date of Tuesday, March 5. Set your checkout date to Thursday, March 7. Once you have completed a reservation with those dates in the system, please contact the TrailblazerDX Help Desk to request adjusted dates.
Hotel room inventory at TrailblazerDX hotels in downtown San Francisco is limited and will sell out quickly. For best results, use the check-in date of Tuesday, March 5, and your checkout date to Thursday, March 7, when searching for hotels.

San Francisco’s weather can be unpredictable. Please pack layers and check weather.com before you arrive.
San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is the closest major airport, an easy BART ride or a 25-minute drive from downtown. Alternatively, the Oakland International Airport (OAK) is a 35-minute drive over the Bay Bridge and is also accessible by BART. Lastly, the San Jose International Airport (SJC) is a one-hour drive from the South Bay, accessible by Caltrain.
You can request an invitation letter to accompany your visa application to attend TrailblazerDX during the registration process. Your registration must be paid in full before your letter of invitation can be issued.
Please note that requesting a visa invitation letter does not guarantee that your local authorities will grant a visa to attend TrailblazerDX. Additionally, you are responsible for submitting your visa application to your local embassy/consulate; conference management will not submit it on your behalf. All requests are subject to review and approval. Please allow up to 10 business days for requests to be reviewed.
TrailblazerDX is open to international travelers who abide by regional travel restrictions and guidelines.
- Make sure to know where the emergency exits are located.
- Upon leaving TrailblazerDX events at Moscone, be sure to remove your badge.
- Move with confidence and be aware of your surroundings at all times.
- Do not stare down at your phone while walking.
Carry minimal items and keep your hands free when walking. Minimize the use of headphones while walking, especially noise-canceling or loud audio, so you can pay attention to the sounds around you.
- Use well-lit and populated streets when possible and walk with a group.
- Always familiarize yourself with exit pathways and emergency procedures.
- In rideshares, consider sharing your route with someone you know and trust.
- Most of all, trust your gut. If something feels off, find another way.
