Onsite Information

 
 

Badge pickup will be located in Moscone West on Level 1. Hours are as follows: 

Tuesday, April 26 — 2:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. PT
Wednesday, April 27 — 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. PT 
Thursday, April 28 — 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. PT

Important notes:

  • All attendees must show proof of TrailblazerDX registration confirmation to enter Moscone West. 
  • All attendees are subject to a mandatory security screening (magnetometer and bag check) when entering Moscone West. Be sure to allow enough time for this when planning your arrival.
  • You will be required to show a government-issued photo ID when picking up your badge.
  • All attendees must pick up their own badge. Pick up for others is not permitted.
  • Attendees must wear their event badge at all times during conference activities. 
  • If you lose your badge, you will need to go to the Onsite Services desk and request a new one. The replacement badge fee is $150 USD.

The Howard Street entrance (at 4th Street) is the best pickup/drop-off point for Moscone West. Personal cars, including ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft, are not allowed on Market Street but are permitted on nearby side streets.

Attire for TrailblazerDX is business casual. San Francisco’s weather can be unpredictable. Please pack layers and check the weather before you arrive.

To avoid delays, we strongly encourage you to check bags at your hotel, but we will have a bag check onsite if needed. The bag check entrance will be located on the Howard Street side of Moscone West, to the left of registration.

To provide a welcoming environment for all TrailblazerDX attendees, a dedicated parent’s room will be available. The parent’s room is a private space where lactating mothers are welcome to pump. A refrigerator is provided for your use. The parent's room will be located on Level 1, near the coat check. The parent's room is open during normal conference hours.

TrailblazerDX has one all-gender bathroom located on lLevel 1 and one on Level 2 of Moscone West.

We know you can’t trailblaze on an empty stomach, so we’ve set up multiple spaces for you to recharge and refuel.

Head up to Moscone West, Level 2 for a variety of breakfast and lunch options, as well as all-day beverages.

Trailblazer Celebration

 

The Trailblazer Celebration is a musical concert at The Masonic for TrailblazerDX attendees. Join us for an opening act, and our main show with Weezer. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m., and the party will go until 9:00 p.m. PT.

Heavy appetizers as well as beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided, so come hungry and ready to dance.

Yes, we will have a bag check available at The Masonic for TrailblazerDX attendees. All bags will require a security search upon entry.

Shuttles will be outside of Moscone West on Howard starting at 5:30 p.m. PT to start taking Trailblazers to The Masonic for our Trailblazer Celebration with Weezer at 6:00 p.m. Doors open at 6:00 p.m., and the event will run until 9:00 p.m. PT, with shuttles returning back to Moscone West starting at 8:00 p.m. PT. Make sure to bring your conference badge with you as your ticket into the show!

The Howard Street entrance (at 4th Street) is the best pickup/drop-off point for Moscone West. When leaving The Masonic, ride share pickup is on the corner of California and Taylor Street, right in front of Grace Cathedral.

Don’t be late! We suggest arriving on time for doors open at 6:00 p.m. PT to secure your spot on the concert floor. Transportation will be provided via shuttle buses from Moscone to The Masonic. Additional seating will be available upstairs on the mezzanine level of the venue.

Yes! We will have an accessible seating area located on the ground floor of the venue in an elevated area with optimal stage viewing. Additional seats will be available on the mezzanine level that can be accessed via lobby elevators.

A sign language interpreter will also be present for the main act of the concert. The best interpreter viewing experience will be stage right on the ground floor

Masks are optional, but recommended on the shuttles to and from The Masonic. Don't worry; if you forget your mask, one will be provided as you get on the bus.

Yes, there will be a mothers room located on the first floor (downstairs) in the California Room restroom.

Registration for the in-person TrailblazerDX experience in San Francisco has closed. Join us for the broadcast on Salesforce+ by clicking 'Watch for Free' above.

Your Trailblazer ID gives you access to a unified profile across the Salesforce ecosystem tailored for you as an individual. Also known as Trailblazer.me, your Trailblazer ID allows you to manage your settings and access multiple Salesforce-related sites with one login. To register for in-person TrailblazerDX, every individual must use or create a Trailblazer ID. Make sure you use the same email address where you received your in-person invitation.

Registration for TrailblazerDX will close on Monday April 25, at 11:59 p.m. Register now for $999.

The conference pass is valid April 27–28 and includes access to the main show, luminary session, breakouts and theater sessions, hands-on demos, and networking with experts from the Salesforce Platform, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Slack, MuleSoft and Tableau teams, and Trailblazer Celebration event, as well as daily a.m. and p.m. breaks and lunch.

TrailblazerDX: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the  Salesforce Events Help Desk. For a full refund of the Event registration fees, cancellation notices must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on Friday, March 25, 2022. Cancellation notices received between 12:00 a.m. PT on Saturday, March 26, 2022 and 11:59:59 p.m. PT on Friday, April 8, 2022 will be processed at 50% of the Event registration fees. No refunds will be processed for cancellation notices received after 12:00 a.m. PT on Saturday, April 9, 2022. Registrations for TrailblazerDX are nontransferable.

Salesforce Health and Safety Cancellation Terms: Salesforce reserves the right to cancel your Event registration without a refund if you fail to meet Event’s Health and Safety protocols.

Registrations to TrailblazerDX are nontransferable.

Vouchers will be issued via the email address used for event registration a week after the event takes place.

Vouchers redeemable on select Salesforce certification exams listed here. Vouchers expire on December 31, 2022. Vouchers can be applied towards any listed Salesforce certification exam registration valued at USD 200 or less. You must register for your exam and use the voucher prior to the voucher expiration date. The expiration date for the vouchers cannot be extended for any reason. Vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. No refunds will be provided for exam fees paid prior to receiving the vouchers, on exam fees paid when there was a redeemable voucher, or for unused vouchers. Vouchers are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and eligible for use by the recipient designated by Salesforce. Salesforce employees and employees and officials of government entities are ineligible.

We’re excited to bring our community of Trailblazers back together.

In alignment with local San Francisco COVID-19 guidelines, as of April 1, 2022, there are no vaccination or testing requirements to attend in-person.

This is always subject to change and may include showing proof of vaccination, showing proof of a negative COVID-19 test result, and/or wearing a mask while onsite. Salesforce reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event for failure to adhere to its health and safety protocols.

Bootcamp

 

With four days of expert-led learning, nine role-based tracks, two certification exams, and endless networking, TrailblazerDX Bootcamp is the place to build expertise and accelerate your path to certification.

TrailblazerDX Bootcamp takes place before TrailblazerDX from April 23–26 at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis,780 Mission Street, San Francisco.

TrailblazerDX Bootcamp is perfect for Trailblazers who want to build expertise in the following roles:

    • Salesforce administrator

    • Salesforce architect

    • Salesforce developer

    • Tableau

    • MuleSoft

We also welcome attendees in other roles and anyone who wants to explore new areas of interest in Salesforce.

You cannot purchase a bootcamp-only pass.

Yes. To ensure the best learning experience possible, we’ve identified some pre-work for you to complete before you arrive at TrailblazerDX Bootcamp. Navigate to your track here and click on the pre-work link for your track. BONUS: You’ll earn the exclusive TrailblazeDX Bootcamp Community Badge when you complete your pre-work.

No. Computers are not provided at TrailblazerDX Bootcamp so attendees will need to bring their own device. Attendees will need to be able to access an internet browser from their computer.

Accommodations

 

Yes, Salesforce has reserved hotel blocks in nearby hotels. This limited block of rooms is available at prenegotiated rates from April 23–28, while supplies last. When you book within the official TrailblazerDX room block, you are guaranteed:

  • The lowest room rate available for the hotel
  • No cancellation fee if requested before the deadline
  • Complimentary high-speed internet and fitness center access

You will have the opportunity to book your room in the accommodations section during the registration process.
