Dave's expertise in customer service has been garnered over the last 25 years with pioneering technology companies such as Aspect Communications in the 1990s, Cisco in the 2000s and now Salesforce.
Dave is a chartered electrical engineer and he holds an MBA from the University of Nottingham.
